Publix Super Market at Riverland Market

Update. I wonder if Sundays are super busy. Sunday evening the shelves were kinda bare. No distilled water at all. Slim Pickens in a few spots.

Well stocked, well lit, nice selection. Love Publix bakery rolls and breads.

Publix is our go to anywhere we visit. We went here three different times on our quick 2 day trip to James Island.

Visited this store tonight around 8. I didn’t catch his name but the young man, with the piercings, in the deli department, was the absolute best! Even though he was super busy due to the fact that other employees were ignoring the customers, he managed to keep the most positive attitude. He made my day! Please give him a raise! He definitely deserves it!

I would like to give Kudos' to Ashley S., Manager, Charles C., Assistant Manager, Gentvella Y., Deli Cashier, and Avis, Casher. I lived in Jacksonville Florida over 20 years ago when Publix first opened. I continue to shop with them because of their products, and excellent customer service.

Publix built its reputation on excellent customer service, owns reputation for cleanliness, fresh bread, fresh toppings for your subs, even being pleasant when they need to cut other deli meats, and cheeses of your choice. Publix shelves, are always so well stocked and organized. Love their buy 1 get 1 free sales, meat department with quality meat, friendly and agreeable. Bakery is like a candy store for a child, it has lots of choices, so fresh and delicious. Product so fresh, organized and variety to your hearts content. Seafood fresh, reasonably priced, and large selection. Pharmacy helpful and pleasant.

I wanted to bring my coworkers sandwiches to start the weekend shift. Publix was winding its day down, but Ashley went to the deli department, helped make the sandwiches! Charles, always so professional, never talks down to you, and informative, will even walk you to what you are looking for, helped with making this possible. Gentvella, went to slicing meat, and cheese, always with a smile, clarifying request. Avis so friendly and helpful making sure you found what you were looking for while shopping.

My coworkers and I enjoyed the best, fresh, yummy subs, that nourished me through the end of my shift, and coworkers complementing the freshness of the subs and the wonderful bread.

The deli section is absolutely fantastic (especially if you are in the area during your lunch break). Plus their selection of tea and lemonade is awesome.
My favorite is the cracked pepper turkey on the brioche bun.

Headed to the beach and stopped with the family to grab those wonderful Subs. The entire staff at the Sub station were friendly kind and polite. KUDOS TO YOU ALL!!! BTW GREAT SUB. Thank you all. Bought lobster tails for dining at home (5 guests). Oh, man, we're they fat and juicy. Best at home lobster tails ever (and I've been to ME and other New England restaurants).

This location is amazing! Clean, nice large aisles, good selection, great weekly BOGO's, easy in and out the lot, drive up pharmacy.. but what really stands out is how friendly the staff is every time I go there. Everyone is just so nice, it really makes the shopping experience very pleasant. Please keep up the great work and give all the staff a raise for getting us through this pandemic (so far) with patience, perseverance, and respect

I'm from Florida and I was visiting Folly Beach and this Publix is impeccable. It is very clean and very well stocked. Because I'm from Florida I feel like I'm an expert on Publix, and this Publix was not only cleaner and better stocked but the employees were much friendlier than the ones that I go to in Florida. I did not try a sub which is my usual as well as the fruit tart the bakery but I did get cookies and bread from the bakery and they were excellent. I also got a rotisserie chicken which is also a bi-weekly purchase that I make and it was also as good if not better than Publix in Florida. I'd like to know that I have lived in Florida from 1992 until now in counties date Broward Palm Beach Brevard and Indian River and I have only shopped at Publix in all those counties. So, this Publix was not only cleaner and better stocked, it also had better produce and the staff was friendlier, much friendlier... Much much friendlier. Come on Florida Publix, South Carolina Publix is showing you up!!!!

Can I just tell y'all how much I love Rebeka in the bakery?!?! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us the best way to order our wedding cake and all accompanying goodies! The management team in this store is amazing too. We drive a little further just to shop here because it is always so clean and everyone is so friendly.
