By far the most impressive UPS store I’ve been to. Linda & Ryan (I think that’s his name; he was working closing shift on 4-18-23) were amazing. Give them a raise!!

The best UPS store I’ve ever gone to. They staff is always friendly and make me smile even when they’re busy and stressed out. They are even open during hours that most UPS stores are closed, which is super convenient and helpful! I will always choose this location over anywhere else!

Never mind the 1 Star reviews. Look at the reviews. Anything in common? Linda and team do a great job. Being an EBayer , I ship through them often. Yes , you have to print a shipping label or print one out from one of their forms. They have all the materials needed to ship your items

Exceptional! I have used many UPS stores and although they all provide great customer service, this location really stands out to me as a higher level. They are usually busy when I come in, but I've noticed that they make sure to look up and greet every person walking in. They do a nice job of handling each transaction quickly so if there's a line, it moves quickly. I have ordered copy services and it's easy & quick to get a phone quote, email over my documents and pick up soon after. Working from home, I really appreciate this convenience but also how quickly they have my printing ready and how great it looks! I also recently had them pack and ship an item out of the country and Linda did a wonderful job carefully packing it and getting it out fast. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I highly recommend the UPS Store on Aurora and Eola in Aurora. The staff, especially the lady associate with longer salt and pepper colored hair, are so pleasant to do business with. Much more friendly than the US Post Office. I will become a regular customer for sure. Bye bye US Post Office.

This is one of the best Ups’ I’ve gone to. They’re fast, professional, and they care about the people they’re servicing! Linda always does a great job with my packages I send off.

Just have to say the employee's here go out of their way to help. The store manager does a fantastic job. I have quite a few packages delivered here to pickup. No matter how backed up the store is they always greet with a smile. Thank you for fantastic customer service!

I have been using this store on a daily basis for three years and the service has been excellent. Linda and her crew are always willing and able to help me with my shipping needs. I ship up to 30 boxes a week with them. This is a high volume store and it is too bad that people that write reviews don't take that fact into consideration. These people are in a high stress situation throughout the day.

Very friendly people who know what they are doing. Make sure to check the Google maps traffic bar to see when they are busy throughout the day and go when they are the least busy. It’ll make things much smoother.

I had short notice on a project and needed to print documents first thing in the morning. I believe the person's name was Linda that helped me. Not only did she have everything done before I arrived, she also assisted me with bindings, etc. I feel there is never enough praise when people go above and beyond so thank you thank you thank you for being such an incredible person. Linda's friendly demeanor and overall assistance really made my day!

Been a longtime customer and the employees know you by name. They greet you warmly when you walk in and I have to say Linda and Emily are the glue that holds it altogether. Can't thank them enough for all their help over the years. Highly recommend their store!

Great place! Employees there go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. I use this location for both professional and personal shipping and they make everything super easy. Their systems stores the addresses of where you ship, so no more making sure you have addresses with you of someone you've shipped to before.

Big shout out to the Manager, Linda!

I have a disability making bringing in a package tough. Add to that Covid ettiquate, high traffic, and having my year old with me.

With a simple call made and pulling up curb side, Linda came out to personally bring my package inside. And her eyes smiled behind her mask as she kindly, and professionally gave me a hand!

Came here Saturday at Noon, walked in with my 3 packages, they scanned them right away, was done in less then 30 seconds. Thank you!!
