KOHLER Signature Store by GROF USA

Taylor, the store manager, was so welcoming-as the store can be quite intimidating-and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. I found myself looking at items I never intended to buy. The store is beautifully laid out and with Taylor's help was able to find just the right accessories for my home.

My wife and I shopped at the Kohler Signature Store in Sterling, Va for a plethora of bathroom fixtures as part of remodeling a master bath. The store itself is a 10-star store, new and very modern. It even has a heated toilet set in it's customer bathroom, and because of that we added it to our list of items purchased. But, our best experience was with the very talented, amiable, and expert salesperson, Yisa. First, she impressed us right off with being able to answer every pricing and technical product question, nearly off the top of her head. That alone set her apart from 98% of all sales people. We visited the store 2 or 3 times and had a few follow-up emails and phone calls before creating a final product "buy" list. Even more amazing, she picked up during our conversations that I was a military veteran and informed us of the incredible discount Kohler offers Vets. No other retailer we frequent comes close to the Kohler discount for Vets. If I could rate the store and our shopping experience higher than 5 starts I certainly would.

Very nice displays. Great customer service see pictures of showroom. They also sell Italian cabinetry. Nice variety of vanities, tile, countertops and Kohler fixtures. Who knew Kohler has towels.

Beautiful Showroom, gorgeous pieces displayed for our delights. It was a real pleasure to walk it through.

It was nice to check out the showroom. There were fancy shower heads that require their own closet of valves - too much for us but cool to see. Yisa was great getting us started on fixtures and finishes.

Only one employee in store who displayed a total lack of knowledge about the products even saying they did not carry a spray when it was on a display wall. Was unable to give any information instead said to call Kohler. Then I went to Ferguson and they were extremely helpful and informative. The first place was a waste of time

We drove for 40mins to get to the store and when we got there on Sunday at 12:30, it was closed. We waited around for an hour thinking they might be on a lunch break. I was closed at 2pm too. If you’re closed on Sundays then don’t mislead your potential costumers. Terrible management!

Drove an hour to find a sign on the door that the associate (apparently just one) would be back at 3pm on Sunday. Waited about 45 minutes, which is fine since we visited a nearby tile shop, but that meant all of us had questions at the same time because although the showroom is pretty, it is completely useless for people actually researching products for a remodel.

I don’t blame the solo employee since he was outnumbered by customers, but 90% of everyone’s questions could have easily been answered with adequate signage.

My visit was a complete waste of time since I spent most of the time trying to figure out what I was looking at on the website…which also allowed me to see the negative reviews on the overpriced products.

2:33pm on a Sunday. Store closed, no sign as to why. Drove all the way from DC and there’s no reason written anywhere or no indication if there’s a wait time, if they’re out for lunch or not coming back today. Never had this experienced before.

Beware this store is not open on Sundays contrary to their google hours and even what’s listed on their front door. I drove out two Sundays and closed.

Walked around for a few minutes, and didn’t really see anything that looked like it was designed by someone with 46 chromosomes, no one was willing to help us either, we were planning 2 bathroom remodels but why shop here when Lowe’s actually provides you a sales person to help and load your car rather then people sitting around talking on the phone.

No labels on any products and sales staff also did not know product names readily, what a frustrating visit and honestly waste of time.
