Super helpful and friendly staff. Ann helped me get everything done quickly and correctly!

I was helped by Mikey for a huge shipment of 30+ packages. He was friendly, patient, and efficient. Thanks to him, a tedious task for my job was made more enjoyable and handled quickly!

Associates Carolyn and Michael helped me with a large volume of Amazon returns. They helped me through the whole process with speed (and patience to my stack lol)
I think there manager is Ann and just wanna say everyone was busting their butts today at this location on South Congress.

Justin was seriously awesome! He went above and beyond to make my delivery experience super pleasant. Such a friendly and helpful dude - big shoutout to him! 🙌😊

I'm a frequent flyer at this store and I have to say that this is the best shipping experience I've ever had - again and again and again. The two ladies are the BEST! So fast and friendly. That place moves like a well-oiled machine. The young man is great, too! Raises for everyone!!

Friendly and competent, hard working and efficient, the staff here is the best. I come here often and the people make it very pleasant, every time. I personally thank Michael, Carolyn, Topher and Anne for their kindness and hard work.
I wish more customers would make their transactions less complicated. Countless times I have observed these staff members giving patience and professional attention to someone who has arrived grumpy and unprepared. Thank you all so much, I appreciate you!

I recently went to this store for a returned Dropoff and the service was amazing. When I just got there they were only 2 associates with a lot of customers waiting to be serve. I was like no way I’m staying in this line, but I really wanted to get rid of the items from my car. Within 2-5 minutes the line was empty. I am truly impressed with how Carolyn and Michael did their job, and were both courteous and welcoming. Thank you both! I will definitely continue to start using this store as my online returns.

I went to this UPS Store with some many Amazon returns it was nearly embarrassing. That didn’t matter to the UPS staff. Carolyn helped me so much and made confusion returns simple and quick.

I've been using The UPS Store on South Congress Ave for over 2 years. I love the staff, they are the most polite, helpfull, knowledgeable, and professional staff you will ever encounter. They greet everyone who enters their establishment with a smile and if you have been a regular patron, they greet you with a smile and your name.
I have never had a bad encounter with any of them. They truly are some of the best and hardest workers I have seen.

I was impressed with the friendly service of Michael. He was very efficient with me, but I also watched him handle a language barrier with the customer in front of me and he was so patient and helpful.

This is nice and convenient since you can pick up 24 hrs a day. For example we have just been out of town almost all month without worrying about our mail piling up at our apartment. Now, this is rather pricey compared to some mom and pop mailbox rental spots, but the location is great and I can send off an amazon return at the same time.
