Excellent job by check out staff. The checker patiently waited for me until I could get the Target app to work. My target app with my gift cards and offers was not working and he patiently waited for me to get it working again. This excellent customer service was provided on Sunday November 26 at between 4:30 to 6 PM. I cant remember the name of the gentleman but he deserves a raise and promotion for showing such great empathy and waiting for me to get my Target app working on my phone. Excellent customer service.

I visited on February 12th to purchase an item, and I as a Customer am well pleased with the excellent customer service I received from the young lady Ms.Ayelene, who appears to work in apparel. I asked for her to see if she can get me some assistance with the Health and Beauty Dept. in which I was looking for a particular nail polish. Instead of her trying to call for someone else to assist me, she told me I can help you, and walked me over to the area to give me many options. She went above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience as a customer. Management please give recognition to this young lady. I give her 5 stars!⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐👍🏽

I really like this location. This is Target’s “next generation” store. A first of its kind.

You can expect the same products at the same great prices here as in other Houston locations. The way the store is designed and the layout of the store is really impressive.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Didn’t have any problems on my visit.

Always fast friendly service!! The ease of drive-up & pickup orders makes my Target shopping experience phenomenal. I love the app for keeping track of my orders and I appreciate the store for having my orders ready in a very timely manner. This year I did college shopping and everything we needed, wanted, and didn't know we needed until we got in the store was available at a great price! The rug for my son's dorm is great quality and so many little items that made college dorm essentials easy to find at Target.

Staff is always very helpful. Returnong items is easy and straight forward as it should be.

The lines can be a bit long at times but overall a great experience every time I shop at this location.

Great curbside

We are Super glad this Target is in our neighborhood.

The Lego Luigi Starter Set was released today. As you can see in the pics, we were Super thrilled about it.

Unfortunately, the shelves had not been stocked yet. So, Luigi talked to an Order Pickup manager, and 10 mins later, we had a grateful 4 year old.

Clean, nice and very modern designed store. They also have some really good products like Dyson, iRobot and Nespresso. To me, it's a happy surprise to see a Target store like this.

The store is usually clean. As soon as you walk in you smell Starbucks so I grab a coffee while I shop. I love that they have the target bulls eye section in the front and the prices are good in some of that stuff. I see the employees working and not fooling around like some places. This store is pretty big. I’m not a big fan of self check out. I feel like if they gave a small discount to the people who used self checked than I may use it more. Who wants to pay to check their own self out? Also where they put the cash drawer in the self check lane is the worst place. If you pay cash you have to move your body and your basket out of the way bc it will pop open and you will be hit if you don’t move. And why would you have it so close to the general public. Customer service was pretty good. Someone went and pulled all the tongues on the crate creature and they allowed me to return after I saw our had been pulled even though we opened the box. That was good customer service to me,

This was my first time at Target (I’m Canadian) and I absolutely LOVED it!! Priscilla helped me out and her wonderful personality just really altered my time there. She is such a great worker, I hope she gets recognized somehow. Now we need a target in Canada!

One thing I love about this target is that they are always stocked up on almost every item. Management seems up to date with everything, the clothing and trends are up to date, it's very clean too! Love all the selections they have too.

This is one perfect place to shop. We like it a lot. There is so many places to look. Everything placed in a showroom style. Everything is in front of you in a very interestingly interaktif order. We loved it. You can spend at least two hours for just looking. On one side you can see clothing section for juniors or plus sizes, for all family. On the other side you can see the back yard setting. Just like you can live in it.

Great place to shop, ample parking space and easy access from 99 (Grand Pkwy) or Harlem Rd.

Staff courteous and friendly.

The location is just great for this location, employees are super nice and usually the store is very clean.

I purchased a trash can for my daughter’s apartment. It was too big for the area intended. Target made it an easy, no-hassle return. I appreciate the whole process. Great!

This is one of the more unique Target stores I've ever been in. Very well clean and well stocked. Excellent meat prices on the day of my visit. I'll definitely be back to visit this one again.

I love this location! It wins for the fastest drive up service out of the 4 Targets that I go to. My number one location.

Target has a very clean, inviting atmosphere and is my one stop shop for everything ranging from beauty to grocery items. The employees are very knowledgeable and readily available to assist me when I need it. I highly recommend my peers to shop and work at Target!
