CVS

I called in twice before coming in to make sure the vaccines I needed were available and that my appt was confirmed since I didn't receive a confirmation email. Christopher, the pharmacy manager, was super helpful over the phone and also provided me details on the vaccines and cost. When I went in for my appt, I was helped right away at the counter. The pharmacy manager said over the phone that my pharmacy card didn't cover my vaccines, but when I was on-site, he asked to try my health/medical card instead, which worked and covered my entire visit. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I was in and out in 15 mins.

I just step into the store, and my one and only suggestion is: you should have Helder working 24 hours ! His demeanor, smile, and lroffesionalism is second to none.
Makes you want to come back in the store again again.

CVS has always been my favorite store. Their weekly deals and coupons are worth stopping by. The quality of their products is excellent and the price hard to beat. I would recommend my relatives and friends to CVS always.

I read all the reviews on this pharmacy, but reluctantly transferred one of my prescriptions from Indiana (I am a snowbird spend 6 month in Florida). They said it would take three day, but I could have it sooner if I had my doctor call in the prescription. Since I was not in a hurry, I told them 3 days was fine. It took 4 days, but this was not a problem for me. Since that first prescription, I have had absolutely no problems (they now do all my prescriptions). They automatically text me messages about refills and text me when the prescription is ready to be picked up. I feel bad about the people who have had problems, but I have no complaints.

I suffer from extreme anxiety and I was getting my vaccine so I let her know that if I shake that's why. She was extremely understanding and found a topic to distract me kept me talking while I got the shot she didn't hesitate. I am very grateful I got such a great RN she turned my usually traumatic experience into a much more enjoyable experience hopefully get her for my second dose.

I visited the pharmacy, and I was impressed with the level of customer service that Eliana gave me. She was very attentive, thorough, and pleasant.

We came around closing time, and the entire staff was upbeat, which was refreshing.

I used to be a Walgreens employee so I tend to stay away from CVS (I haven't been in one for years), but I will truthfully admit that I enjoyed my experience today at CVS.

Keep up the good work!

A few of us know how hard it is for them ,with no help from corporate. They are trying everything they can with what they have. Thank you guys for coming in everyday. I know your limited. Wish others could see this. It's not the stores fault people. It's corporate!

Best pharmacy! I speak only the truth! I love CVS in Chicago and now living in Florida, I love this CVS! The Walgreens on Cypress pkwy is soooooo horrible!! This CVS is absolutely the fasted and best!!!!! Thank you CVS!!!❤
