It took me over 1/2 hour to find what I wanted. I had 2 very nice ladies helping me. Most of the eyeliners were at the bottom so it was very hard for me to get on my knees and even worse trying to get up. I finally found what I was looking for.

I've never had any issues with excessive wait times or anything. Now that COVID is an issue, there's definitely a much longer line at the drive through than inside, but I usually go inside as I often have to pick up something else, other than prescriptions, at the same time.

Very courteous staff and always willing to help and answer any questions that you have. Patrick is amazing.

Julie at the minute clinic was great, the wait was over any hour but I reserved a spot in line at home so the in stone wait was minimal. Julie the NP was nice friendly and over all very helpful. And the prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy and we ready 5 minutes after I was done with my appointment. The minute clinic is a great option if your doctor can't fit you in.

Very good customer experience. We were fighting with insurance and a script out of stock at other locations. The techs did a very good job communicating with doctor's office and us to get the authorizations and script filled. Very friendly at pickup too.
