Party City

Made a balloon order a week ago for my daughter's birthday party today. They had her balloon ready when we arrived. I also had them blow up six latex balloons I had ordered in a party kit from them online. The foil balloons are free to blow up, but they charge $1.40 a balloon if it's latex. I'm not sure why they charge extra for their balloons considering I already paid for it. But it's not the stores fault. It's a corporate thing. It's a large store in a large plaza. It's clean and organized. They have a lot of options for different party supplies. They also have costumes and Halloween animatronics during Halloween time too. Staff was great to work with and informative of everything I asked about. I'll definitely be back in the future for party supplies and themed birthday parties for my kiddos.

It was my grandma’s birthday and she lives in another city away from me. I ordered online a foil balloon and assorted balloons and requested if they could make it into a bouquet. It brightened my grandma’s day!! I’m thankful and happy with the result as well as their customer service.

The store manager Toshiba went above and beyond, I ordered some balloons for a party to be delivered and needed to change the delivery time, the vendor would not deliver them at the new time so Toshiba personally delivered them to my home. I appreciate the service provided.

I needed glow in the dark face paint for our glow party. I had to ask an employee to get 2 packages from the top shelf. The employee did it without any problems or attitude. They even asked if I needed anything else.

Customer service was amazing! And the variety of balloon was incredible! More expensive than dollar general or dollar tree but worth it to get exactly what you want for a special occasion.

Prices on the higher end. Certain items quality can be average but for the most part they have good quality items. Buying online from them is cheaper sometimes because of the offers or codes. Graduation season they have custom balloons to the nearest high schools .

For being short handed they were very helpful and polite i had no wait on our balloons i was so greatful considering it was short notice because the Party City in Clearwater had treated my family member so badly we were unable to complete our order. So Thank you to the ppl in Lakeland for being so awesome.

Everyone here was so nice and knowledgeable. Gabby went out of her way to help us out and we found everything we needed and then some

I just really love that the Halloween stuff is out. I'm going to get some more. I found most of everything I was looking for and I really enjoyed the service. I'm definitely coming back again

Holy moly helpful. I had no clue there were options for balloons and why one is better than the other. You made the whole surprise worth it.

They did great for Halloween costumes. We procrastinsted and they got us I'm and out with an organized system. We will go back next year.
