Great service and suggestions that will save me time and effort getting my system set up and not having to run back and forth for pieces I forgot. Justin and Courtney were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Will always get my games/equipment from this store!

This particular Gamestop also fixed my glasses when America's Best didn't, and for that, Courtney is a gem. And then talked me through some dope pokemon cards.

Decent selection and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The young lady was very very helpful. Went out of way to see if they had the one game I was looking for my son for Xmas. She was so energetic and explained stuff to me in non gamer terminology

I walked into this GameStop after 8pm looking for merch from one of my favorite video games.
I had one goal and one goal only. Secure merch, pay then leave.
Until i met Sam and Matt. Matt was the first to greet me and was very helpful right off the bat. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful in every way.
THEN i got talking to Sam.
Sam is a worker that obviously loves her job and cares that the customers that come into the store get exactly what they need. Sam went above and beyond and connected with me on levels passed just video games. She helped me feel comfortable about signing up for a yearly plan which was something i hadn't even thought about before entering the store.
Helped explain all the benefits and even got me EXCITED to get one.
If you want workers that are attentive to your needs and will help you leave the store with a smile, THIS location is for you.

Was lucky enough to track down a PS4 Pro a few days ago...I can’t find my receipt or I’d do the official survey. The staff was excellent. Whoever worked Thursday open was friendly, knowledgeable, and super informative. Awesome guy. I’ll try to make sure I come to your store from now on. Thanks again!

The staff here is always so willing to help and chat about games making it one of the better GameStops in the area. There are at least 3 others on my way to this one, but whenever myself or my GF are looking for something new, we've found the staff here is well versed and makes great recommendations.

This Game Stop is the best of the franchise I've experienced so far. The young lady who checked me out was energetic and more than ready to help with whatever I needed. I will most certainly drive out of my way to visit this store again.

My personal favorite Gamestop in the area. Excellent selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff, clean & well organized store. Will purposefully drive the extra 10 min. Versus the Exton location. Highly recommended.

Not a gamer but I've been in this store twice and they were really helpful with a purchase and later a warranty claim. Service was good from both employees.
