The smoke depot is literally the BEST smoke shop in PA. The costumer service is A1. There is not one time I’m dissatisfied or disappointed. Walk right in and Jay will help you with anything you need.very knowledgeable about what is being sold. Jay is the best. He will get you everything you need. Don’t think about it.just stop in at smoke depot and you will not be disappointed

Blows Chesco Hemp out of the water with lower prices, a vastly larger variety of product and customer service. Best vape shop in Downingtown. They have the best variety of juice available, all the best devices and service behind the counter is super friendly and helpful. Prices are great for some things like disposables, good fair prices for most everything else plus they discount stuff at the register. The best part is they will order and stock whatever you ask them. Excellent business and we really like these guys and want to support them!

It's probably the place you're looking for. I have nothing but good things to say. Jay was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. His, openly practiced, business ethics are hard to find in any store, let alone a "smoke shop". Jay's excitement to provide the best customer experience is palpable. The prices are perfectly reasonable, there's a respectable return policy, convenient location, great parking, and he opens before 11AM. Thank you, Jay!

Great customer service in a very nice person

This place has consistently been the friendliest smoke shop in the area, in my opinion with multiple locations. Well stocked, and they answered all of my questions. You can tell they really know their product knowledge, and customer retention is really important to them. Best customer service you will ever experience. 👍👍👍

First time in this shop and the guy was just truly amazing, he was extremely polite very helpful with great prices highly recommend this place. He even said he is doing sales on Christmas and new years ! The gentlemans name was Jay !

Very friendly customer service and large selection of products. Highly recommend considering this place. No sign on the road due to being a new location, but definitely recommend stopping in.

I’ve gotten 3 different pieces of glass and all 3 have been great quality for the price 10/10 would recommend and the vape juice selection is amazing plenty of flavors

The store was great! The man who worked there as well was just as great! Since it is only my third time vaping, i wasn’t quite sure which vape would be best for me so he directed me in the right direction of the best suited vape and on top of that he was friendly as well!
