Pharmacy took the time to help me with prescription questions and processed my order right away. Stood in line for a short time at checkout because I chose to not use the kiosk for self checkout. I find products to be a bit pricey.

Came in for a quick stop around 1030 on a Wednesday night. Ended up needing needing some makeup. Asked the cashier if they had finishing spray. She said yes and asked me what kind. I asked for her recommendation and she replied that she didn't wear make up. But she still knew exactly where the product was, and what I was talking about! Excelent customer service and a knolegable employee. I really hope she is commended for this, as small a feat as it may be. I wish I had gotten her name so she could get the credit.

I am beyond elated at at the superior service by pharmacist Neha and her team. She is highly competent, effective, empathetic and caring.
I filled prescriptions on self pay today and she was extremely patient with using my coupons. I am so glad I had an unpleasant experience at cvs that made me switch to riteaid. Never going back! Please take good care of Neha and her team so she doesnt leave!
