I went in to buy an air filter, I had no idea what size I needed or how to put it in. The guy who was working (I wish I knew his name) beard, hat kind of a southern accent. This guy was so helpful, he found me the right size… then he came out to my car and put it on for me! In this day & age that kind of customer service is so rare.

I really appreciated the outstanding service from Billy. My car had died and he took the time to help and run tests with the ignition, alternator, and th battery. His thoroughness patience and explanation and willingness to help were very appreciated especially given the many activities going on and weather. Thank you Billy and Autozone!!

AutoZone #6794 in Exton is a one stop shop for extraordinary auto service, economical prices and guaranteed customer satisfaction. Their staff is second to none. Drew needs a lifetime employment contract. Need windshield wipers? Let me get them AND put them on for you. Need some weird bulb to replace? Where is my "A Team"? They will check on it and pick it from the shelf for you. Need extra help? (Don't we all sometimes?) Drew, to the front counter please! Any concerns at any time, ask for Sara, the Magnificent Manager and leader of the team. Never a reason to go elsewhere!

the manager(asian guy) was awesome. knowledgeable; spoke in a respectful manner; and worked fast to solve my problem- what else could you ask for. definitely my go to auto support around the Lionville area.

Needed a new car battery, the sales helped me pick the right battery, installed and recycled my old one. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location for auto parts!

Auto Zone gets 5 stars from me. I needed a new windshield wiper blade after my suddenly broke off (of course on a day when it was raining all day). When I got there I was greeted and and the technician was so helpful and was happy to put the new wiper on for me. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I really appreciated the techs honestly with products and willingness to help me. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family! Thank you!

I need to replace my headlight, which is simple enough, and I go into the store to get the bulbs and the tools needed since I didn't have any. Long story short, everyone was so nice and helpful and even ran a vehicle diagnostic for me while I changed the headlights. They made sure I had the right tools and even gave me gloves to protect the bulb. I'm so thankful that they were able to help me and by their kindness.

I just had the best experience! I called to make sure a part was in and they answered on the second ring. Both gentlemen working were extremely effective and polite. They were willing to answer all of my questions and even offered to help with the installing process. The local dealership i bought the van from was going to charge me $1700. My parts came to $99 and it took the gentleman a total of 60 seconds from start to finish. I could not say enough about both of them and I will forever return to the same store!

Today was my first visit to this location and it definitely won’t be my last. I needed help to fix a turn signal bulb and from the moment I got out of my car, I knew I was at the right location. Tyreese happened to see me as I was getting out of my car and greeted me immediately. Not only did he help ensure I had the correct bulb, he and Edward went the extra step to help me install it in my car!!! I was definitely not looking for that to be the resolution and was amazingly surprised to find one-stop shopping. I went to a competitor and was told that installation would have been $50+tax, not to mention I was told to buy a headlight and that would fix my problem (another $25 down the drain) when it really wasn’t the issue at all. Auto Zone has true gems in these employees and are very fortunate to have them BOTH on their team. Customer service was top notch and they will be the reason I drive 20 minutes (and passing several competitors) to visit them again. Thank you both for your help today!!

Although I did not get the names of the two young gentlemen who assisted me with the OBD and the wiper blades, I just wanted to let management at this store know that I was treated very well and these two gentlemen were very pleasant with me as well as being extremely patient. We need more young folks in the world with this kind of work ethic and customer service talent.
