A great place to ship quickly and always great service. I had a gal by the name of Amanda yesterday and today (Dec 12th & 13th). She was extremely pleasant, helpful and very kind. She gave good advice yesterday about shipping cookies along with my other items. Thank you Amanda, you made my experiences very nice. It was nice meeting you and keep up the GREAT customer service!

This store is amazing. Kellen is wonderful. He is great with the customers. He makes sure that the customers are taken care of. He goes out of his way to make sure that the customers are happy when they walk out the door.

While at a nephews funeral service in Southport, my brother gave me a family heirloom, the US flag from our eldest brothers military funeral. The flag had been preserved in a heavy wooden frame with glass. I took it to the UPS store and the woman behind the counter assured me that they would take great care in shipping it to my home in Colorado. Both of the women who helped me, (the clerk who took the order and the woman who packed it) were very courteous and put my mind at ease that the flag would arrive to my home the following week as agreed and without a scratch. When I received the package, it was so well wrapped, that you could tell that they do indeed care about the job they're doing.

When 3 other drug stores which claimed to offer passport photos were unable to make their systems work (and we could not stomach the thought of having to go to walmart), we discovered the Southport UPS store offered the service - and was fully staffed and quickly got us the photos we needed. We have been there previously for a few other services - they are awesome!

Pete assisted me at the Southport, NC UPS location with making prints from an emailed document. Pleasant helpful service! Will be happy to use this store again for future needs.

I recently visited this store to make copies for a civil suit. The staff treated me as if I was part of their family. After about 20 minutes, I received a call regarding a tragedy. The sweet lady that was helping me was so kind and compassionate beyond belief. I am so appreciative of the kindness that I received from this store.

By far the very best UPS STORE IN AMERICA. As goog as my UPS dog lover PatAllen South at Geist in Indianapolis. Trust me Pat Allen should receive UPSbrown truck driver of the year for his dog loving hand drawn Christmas cards.

Needed to get some documents notarized and faxed. The staff was very pleasant, and everything I needed was done very quickly. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a UPS store!

One of the best UPS stores around Alex has always been very helpful to me and so has all the other ladies they are so nice when we come in there and always solve our problems, it is never stressful there thanks for all the good work.
