"FRED" at Advance Auto Parts in Southport, literally saved my LIFE. He noticed that my serpentine belt had COMPLETELY SNAPPED as I turned into their parking lot. Strongly advised that I NOT DRIVE my car to the mechanic or anywhere. MY CAR AND LIFE WERE LITERALLY IN THE BALANCE. I bought a serpentine belt from AAP. Whole fix was $100 at the mechanic. I ♥ AAP

I had a new battery put in my car this morning. The people at this store are so friendly and accommodating. They did not treat me like I was ignorant or elderly (which I am) or that they were doing me a favor.

Very helpful employees. I needed new wiper blades for a new vehicle and they were so helpful to find the three different sizes. They found correct sizes and replaced them for me. Thank you @advancedautoparts

I shopped this morning for windshield wipers for my 2008 Chevy Colorado truck. Ivey not only assisted me in purchasing these, but he also taught this little old lady how to take the old ones off and put new ones on!!! He definitely made my day!!

Very helpful store clerk. They did not have what I needed (battery), but they ordered the item and it arrived on time the following day. They also installed the battery in my key fob.

Got stranded twice today when my car wouldn't start. The 2nd time I got it jumped I drove straight here. Tested the battery for me and sure enough it was bad. Bought a new one, they installed it for free and I was on the road in under 15 minutes! Super helpful

Always helpful, if they do not have what I need ( which is rare)they can get it. Usually next day.
They will test alternators, change batteries, wipers... whatever it takes. Love these people They get the job done!

This is my favorite auto parts store. People know what they are doing and always offer me good advice on parts and supplies. They replaced battery I had bought there years ago but was still under warranty. What a relief. They figured that out not me.

Always very helpful. All the employees ive met thus far are very nice. The older gentleman though is very nice and goes over the top with his customer service.
