My work compels me to visit this store quite often. Always busy, kinda hard finding help, but when you do; the staff is always friendly and helpful!
Three cheers for the pro desk and all the hard-working staff that shows everyday that Southern hospitality still lives!

I was able to find everything i needed. The store was arranged neatly. There was only a little foot traffic in the evening which is great since I hate crowds. Check out staff members were friendly and helpful.

What an amazing experience we had shopping for a new stove at the Southport, NC location…I ordered what I thought was the stove we wanted over the phone with Logan and he was so very helpful…he had the stove ready for me to pick up immediately! Needless to say, once I got it home, we realized it was not what we were looking for. Called Sunday morning (the next day) and Logan answered the phone when we asked for appliances, answered all of our questions and was so knowledgeable. We returned the stove with no issues, went back to appliances and were lucky enough to have both Logan and Hunter answering all of our questions! We now have the stove we were looking for thanks to their expertise! We will always shop for appliances at the Southport location and only hope we get to deal with Logan and Hunter again! Thanks so much for making this shopping experience so less stressful!

Logan (in appliances) in the Southport NC store went way above and beyond great customer service expectations! He helped us purchase a washer and dryer and than two days later we needed to change the delivery date and he took care of that with such ease!! Always a smile! We are in the process of moving to Southport and he certainly eased our stress with his kindness and friendliness and he is so easy going! He deserves more than a 10!!! Thank you Logan!!!

Had some issues with an appliance, delivery and installment. One of the managers actually delivered it for us so it would be installed within our time frame. When unboxed, there was a large dent in the appliance. The manager made things right, quickly, efficiently and professionally. This is what customer service is all about! Thank y'all so much!

What can I say? It's my favorite everything store. People are friendly and helpful. Isle's are always stocked. There's always a deal going on, especially if your a pro member such as myself.

My wife and I had the pleasure to meet Paul behind the paint counter a few days ago. He helped us choose the correct stain for some old outdoor furniture and offered some very good advice. Always a joy to visit this Lowes. Thanks Paul. Semper fi

Shopping for cellular blinds at Lowe’s in Southport, NC. Had a great experience with Judy and Gail in the blind section. Judy and Gail went above and beyond my expectations. They searched and compared prices and got me the best deal for the product. Judy is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work Judy and Thanks for all your help. It was a pleasure working with you two.

We visited the store yesterday to look at flooring. Landon was the salesperson and he was so helpful. His customer service skills are amazing!!!

A real pleasure having ED's assistance in the flooring department last night. He knows the numerous vinyl plank flooring options that are in stock and provides excellent customer service. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Went in to a pick up order. Pick up was busy. Shanta in returns asked if she could help me. I gave her my pickup info. She processed it and gave me my paperwork. In gardening my order was already for pickup. Great experience.

Found what I needed and at a good price. The store associates were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, uncluttered, and well stocked.

Recently visited Greg in the Door department of the Southport, NC store. I had found an exterior door that I really liked but it was out of my budget. I took the quote to Greg and he gave me options. Didn't realize out of "good/better/best" I had chosen the "best." With Greg's expertise and research, he quickly created a new quote for the "same" door in the "better" level. This was inside my budget. What a huge relief! Sadly, I did not realize that his store could not ship to Raleigh, where the door needs to be installed, so he could not receive the commission for the sale. I offered to drive the door to Raleigh myself, but he assured me that it was fine. So, this is my recommendation for visiting Greg and my "thank you" for his tremendous help!!!

If you ever get a chance to find Landon at the South Port Lowe's he does amazing work. He helped us with over 300 bricks , Mulch, Sand, you name is we probably hand it.

Bryan in the appliance department is the absolute best… he went over and beyond to make sure we got what we needed… after two failed attempts on delivery he made sure it happened and then called me personally to make sure it happened… this type of customer service is exactly what is needed this day and time….Bryan deserves recognition for customer service and professionalism…hope you rise to the top where you can really make a difference.. but know you made a difference with us and we will always look for you when making future purchases ☺

Favorite big box store. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Extensive live plant selection. Would like to see native plants for purchase.

This was the most pleasant trip to Lowes I have had in a very long time. For once I didn't have to run all over the store trying to find someone to help me. Every time that an employee seen me or passed by me they would ask if I needed any help. I must say these folks had there act together. Great job people. Thank you.
