7-Eleven

I live 2 blocks away , come here several times a week. This store is great and I love the employees and the manager . They are always friendly and do great to keep the store clean and stocked . I will be moving back home to South Dakota in a year and I already know I will miss my neighborhood 7-11. Just wanted to let you and others know this is a great little store and gas station and I’m glad I have this one right by my apartment !!

The employees are awesome and the environment is great, plus the bathrooms are clean and easy to use. We always will drive the extra 5 minutes to come here. I am giving it 4 stars though because the last couple of times we have came there have been fruit flies by the icees. Other than that it's good

While you have your store closed for sanitation, could you please fix your supposedly non working bathroom? This place never has a working restroom at least for the customer... Not really what I call convenient... SMH
I guess I'll just start going to your competitors store across the street who has a bathroom for customer's to use...

I love their coffee but they require customers to wear masks. The workers arent wearing their correctly. One eldery lady is, I say thank you to her.

The manager was around me constantly with her nose out of her mask. Unsafe!

Coffee is FOUL in the morning hours???? If no one can replace old coffee with fresh coffee, perhaps you should not sell it.

They don't accept cards on lotto. They don't have anything I'm looking for. Unlike any other 711. This place is dirty and the customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS! Do yourself a favor and go a half mile down the street in either direction to those 711s.

Employee refused to give me refund on expired piece of pizza. He then called the owner Tammy, and lied about when I bought it. He was disrespectful, dishonest, and unqualified to work there. I spent 30 minutes arguing with him and Tammy until I was finally issued a refund. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I can’t believe the owner waisted both of our time trying to get out of refunding $2.08, unreal. I made a complaint to corporate, and hope they will force her penny pinching policies to change. I will never give my money to any 7-11 again because of this experience.

I periodically swing by this store in the mornings to buy coffee. I have been holding back for several months from posting my review in hopes that the store would improve but no luck. My first instinct was to blame the staff but quite honestly this is a UPPER MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE PROBLEM and NOT a staff issue. Staff is not properly trained on how to keep supplies ordered or keep the machines in working condition. The nitro coffee is an excellent product but it is never in stock nor does the staff know how to load it up. The district/area managers should be ashamed and spending time in this store making sure it is running properly. Such potential, excellent store location, all gone to waste!

New employee is extremely rude will no longer be coming back to this store. Was my daily store.

The newest 7-Eleven in Lewisville, but the worst by far. The roller grill and other shelves are consistently empty. The woman who appears to run things has zero customer service skills and is rude to the other staff members. The emergency exit is always blocked and one if the restrooms is now labeled "employees only."
7/6/22 Still the worst.

Local resident for 2 years. Every time I walk in the store is gross, and the customer service is rude. The last straw was walking into the store and the cashier making fun of one of the customer's wife. I’ll choose any other of the 5 gas stations down 121 before I step foot in this awful 7-11 ever again.
