I ordered appetizer trays for a birthday party that I was hosting. I chose the tri-tip tray, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon tray, and a charcuterie tray. They were STUNNING. All the guests were super impressed. One of our guest does event planning in Holland and was so excited to tell her clients about the trays. Get them. They are worth it if you want to impress :).

We stop and eat and shop at Isabel’s almost every time we travel from our home in East Lansing to New Buffalo. Isabel’s bakery, deli, and snack selection is varied and delicious. The staff is knowledgeable and gracious. We love Isabel’s. Lois Mummaw & Gregg Hill ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These classes are awesome!!! I would do every one. I took a grilling class and it was so much fun. They did everything outside. They had picnic tables set up with cloth napkins, real silverware and plates. We were served beer or wine right away. They gave us lots of marinating and grill techniques on beef, chicken, and pork. They grilled all of it and would serve it to us when it was done. We also learned how to make a pasta salad and a leaf salad that were delicious. Rather than giving us paper all the recipes for rubs, sauces, and salads were emailed to us. Along with different cuts and prep information. We sat around eating good food and I was able to meet 4 new people and hear some fun stories. I can’t wait to do another class

Super fantastic selection! Take home dinners, fresh cheeses, deserts for coffee breaks or after dinner, peel and eat shrimp, I could go on. Check it out when your next in Douglas or Saugatuck.

This place is so pretty and well put together, my family and I have passed it a few times and was quite hesitant to go and have a look inside. The coffee is very good, and so is the chicken curry salad. The staff is very kind and very patient as to when you order. I had also passed a board with multiple ‘cooking class’ dates, they seem very interesting and I may have to attend one. This was a great experience for the first time visiting and we will be visiting again.

Yes yes yes and more yes... the place is super nice. While I've watched this place transform into many things since it was mi-ro golf course with the big kinda creepy horse on the corner to this amazingly fresh market. Kinda reminds me of the former gourmet shop from the 80s In downtown saugy.

I had the Charcuterie Sandwich with prosciutto, ham, etna salami, chorizo, garlic mayo, pepperoncini, pickled veg, tomato, arugula on field + fire bread and it was as amazing as it sounds. On fire..I might get another tomorrow...

I got a couple of things from the bakery..one was chocolate donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles. My son it was the best donut he's ever had...

Also had a lemon blueberry cupcake. I think that it was delicious. The cupcake was mostly blueberry flavor with a hint of lemon shining through. Def a new must stop to the saugy area.

Clean, asthetically pleasing food market with local packaged items, fresh premade carryout food, and friendly staff!

We stopped in at Isabel’s, and were pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful inventory of Artisan Breads, cookies and desserts, along with a full meat counter, many wines, liquor, and beers! The staff was very helpful and friendly !! I will definitely be back!!

First of all the design of the space is very welcoming and relaxing. The food was delicious! We stopped in for breakfast sandwiches and coffee and we will be back next time we're in town!

Pricey, but it's worth it! You definitely get what you pay for! Their bakery items are delicious, as well as their deli, meat, seafood, and grocery items. 😋 I recommend stopping in and checking out their offerings.

As usual, this place is the best at everything. The zucchini muffins are to die for. You've got to try them if you're into that sort of thing.

Very welcoming staff and space. Quality baked goods, deli items, cheeses, wine and sandwiches. Everything you need for an elevated picnic. The outdoor seating area has a positive, relaxing feel. They allow dogs as well. ... also had excellent latte.

Honestly, we stopped here driving by on our way to Saugatuck simply because my partner's name is Isabel, but we're glad we did. It is a quaint, modern market with a bit of produce, high end meats, a variety of tasty fixin's, coffee, pastries, wine, beer, and more. We got a loaf of sourdough, an apple fritter, and a chocolate croissant. All the baked goods we ordered were tasty. The espresso is fine and similar to what you'll find in many local American cafes. There is plenty of parking and outdoor seating. The place is only a year old and very well maintained. The staff were all attentive and ready to handle a swath of customers. This is a nice local spot to patronize and support. Great on a sunny morning/afternoon.

I had driven by Isabels on my way home from work and saw the lights on and attempted to stop in. I was too late they already closed but their staff was cleaning. I returned back the following Sunday morning for some delicious pastries and homemade bolognese sauce which is fantastic!

I really love their fresh and delicious fair. Other than the delicious baked goods, homemade pasta and sauces, they also have a market where you can purchase anything from wine, fresh meats and veggies to canned and jar goods.

I’d also like to acknowledge how clean and inviting Isabel’s Market is. They have a bright and beautiful atrium which has plenty of seating to enjoy your goodies. I also noticed they have cooking classes that I may just have to check out, hopefully they can teach me how to make their delicious bolognese sauce.

Local goods sourced as well. Fresh bread, pastries, salads many other items to choose from.

Had the gumbo on the patio with out dogs, outstanding with a lovely canned cocktail pairing.

Service is outstanding also with a great facilities for groups and parties.

Check out the bathrooms. Tastefully done. Good parking and easy access.

I cant' say enough about how great Isabel's is! Beautiful fresh meats and seafood, wonderful fresh pastries and deserts, great selection of artisan cheeses, small but nice selection of wine. The small area for shopping has top of the line products with a few locally grown veggies. The wine bar is a nice way to end the day sitting on their patio when the weather is nice or sitting in the area set up for cooking classes. The employees are nice and very helpful with anything you need. Very clean and organized. Follows covid protocols perfectly.

Can't say enough about this gem of market. Great find. Amazing variety and selection of food and wine items. Lots of tables to eat outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Will always stop on when visiting the area. Also, amazing airbnb above the market.
