Noah did an EXCEPTIONAL job at handling my questions and concerns today! He was very very helpful and did his job plus more! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Assistant Store Manager Kevin Q provided my family with the best customer service we’ve ever received from AT&T.
We recently upgraded our phones at the Mishawaka Day Road location (Grape Rd). It helped to make an appointment ahead of time online - staff was very busy tending to customers.
Kevin was professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and made us feel like a priority. He set the standard for the store that day. Employees like Kevin make a company look good. If we had the choice, we would ask for him every time.

Noah was fabulous, he took the time to understand what we wanted, he knew just how to help us, he explained what we were doing, and he walked us through the process - best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!

Carly worked with us for several hours and was able to patiently solve all of our problems. We came out with a better (and cheaper) plan and 2 fixed phones! She went above and beyond, very persistent with her problem solving and a great attitude. Thanks a lot!

Steven was fantastic! We came in to upgrade our plan and he not only did that but also trouble shooted some issues that we weren't fully aware we were having. If I have to come back into the store I'll definitely see if he's working.

Forest was very helpful, greeted me as I walked in and answered all my questions. He added what was needed to my phone and is going to follow up with me in a week or so on another item for my Mom. The customer service was excellent!

Thomas was a great help with getting new upgrades and setting up a new line.

Noah was a great rep and did his best to make sure I understood everything and took his time which was key because I hate being rushed!

Jason was AMAZING! I walked in feeling super anxious because I know nothing about phones or my plan. He spoke my language and made it super easy. And made me feel comfortable! I felt 100% taken care of by him.

Steven and Josh both stayed after hours and were lots of help! I needed a phone last minute and even stayed 30 minutes after closing to ensure everything was transferred.

Angie helped me and my dad upgrade our iphones as well as apple watches, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about cost breakdowns and made sure that all of our devices were restored! She spent over 2 hours with us and made us her only priority during the time we spent with her!! She is an outstanding employee!!
