Had a really sweet lady help me made a car key. She said she's been there for 29 years now. Great customer service

Went to get a Skil push mower on 4-18 evening after seeing online price.
Got help from James and Bob.
They answered my questions and concerns. After they suggested to self propelled, I decided to give it try. (Mowed twice now and loving it. )
James went to get the bigger cart and Bob came outside help load the mower in the vehicle.
They are both friendly, professional and very helpful " It's very hard to good services nowadays "
Definitely going back for more home improvement stuff we need.

I try to only shop at Lowe's. They give a military discount every day, not just on Veterans Day and Memorial Day. The Mishawaka Lowe's is always clean. The staff are helpful.

This is one of my favorite home improvement stores. The sore is usually well stocked, staffed, clean and organized. The prices are competitive and what the store does not stock can often be ordered.

I went in here this past weekend and had two very specific things I was after. I was able to find an employee to help me find them in a record amount of time, which was a huge deal to me that day. I had a ton of errands to run, and I had expected to spend about half of my time in here just looking for some assistance. Instead this ended up being my shortest trip of the morning! Very pleased overall, not just with the service but also with the selection and pricing.

Most anazing custoner service ever!!!! You need a project done? Need honest advice, not just someone trying to sell you bull snark? You must shop here period! Bruce T was verry helpful. Rachel, was so attentive. Bruce the Store Managet is doing everything right to train his crew about customer service. If you shop somewere else...you are crazy. Do it right the first time...shop here and get done right.

Don’t usually come to this lowes but stopped by and they had amazing customer service !!! my parents bought washers and dryers with a super friendly young man, looked about 20 yrs old. went on sept. 17 at around 8:30pm, some of the best service they’ve had, unfortunately didn’t get his name. Came back on sept. 18 and went to customer service with sue and she was so sweet and friendly as well and really helped us fix what we needed fixed !!! just thought these two deserved recognition!!

I shopped the nursery/garden center. The atmosphere was very welcoming. This place was very clean and organized. They only had 4 northern charm bushes available but needed 12. I bought the 4 and will have to return at another date. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by two employees who took extra time and care loading bushes In my car. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting friendly and knowledgeable service from curtious staff.

Lowe's is always good unlike their competitor it seems more simple and the access of everything is where it needs to be. I was able to get in and out in a very short time with the help of one worker who could point me in the right direction.

A nicer Loewes in Mishawaka - if only they paid their fair share of taxes - but nobody in this shopping area does - so it's not exactly their fault.

Anything that you need, you will find it at here at Lowe's....

They always have what I need at reasonable prices. The plant choices are fantastic. I bought blueberry and raspberry plants which are growing wonderfully.
It's nice to go into any Lowe's and find the same products, prices and helpful service.

I mostly go there for live houseplants and tropical foliage. But whenever I go there for diy projects the staff is always friendly and helps me find whatever I need. I really haven't had a bad experience with any of the associates. I'm greeted as I come in, people stop to ask me if I need help, and check out is always fast. I do wish they had more varieties of houseplants, but I understand that sometimes its just whatever gets sent in.

I love this Lowe's! They have good prices and good customer service. They always give me a great bargain on scrap wood. Although it is difficult to find the scrap wood because there isn't a section for it someone is always able to happily help.

I hope the people who work at Lowe's are paid well, because they are great. I've only ever had one suboptimal experience in 15 years, and it turns out that he wasn't long for the job anyway. This location is staffed by great people who either know the answers, or will find it for you

The employees are very knowledgeable on everything they do. I bought a stove and a washing machine in and so far I'm very happy.
