I loved the music taste of the store 10/10. I liked the smell of the candles 10/10. I loved the service from Paris, she was so friendly and kept checking on us and let us know of all the deals. She was extremely approachable and I think she deserves the world. and this is coming from someone who has the world

Followed my wife into the store. Every corner was filled with light, energy and color. Wife was in heaven. She blew through a $50 gift card. Walked out smiling. Big pat on the back for B&BW associate Miss Sherelyn for being so sweet and friendly. I suspect I will be buying another gift card in December. Well done!

Great place that always has nice deals to save money. Always enjoy getting the hand sanitizer in various fall scents buy 5 for $8! They make great gifts as well.

I absolutely love this store and all of it's locations but this one has to be my favorite in this whole county. The employees are so nice. I was able to get a whole lot of stuff for only $7 with some mail in coupons. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Enjoy shopping here, but be prepared to wait in line to get in. Love Sunset glow scent, candles and aromatherapy products. Staff is friendly and helpful but can be a bit pushy. Constantly asking can I help you after you state no. Overall they are great and provide good customer service. Recommended..

I came in yesterday with lots of very complicated problems related to holiday shopping and thanks to the talented and lovable Skyler, Alicia, Roberta, Gabby and manager Candace, I was treated with complete respect and kindness and left with every problem solved and a happy, fulfilled feeling from the best customer service associates I have ever had the pleasure to meet!

It was such a joy to watch this great team work brillantly individually and together to give the exact same high quality of friendly, warm and supportive customer service to every single customer in that crowded and busy store!
