I went in today after struggling with a paint can lid that I couldn’t get open. The staff was so incredibly nice. They were able to get the can open, empty, the contents into a brand new paint can, and put on a new label, which matched my old can, with the detailed color match. They also gave me a paint can opener without me even asking. They didn’t charge me a penny. THANK YOU SO MUCH!🤗

My friend and I were looking for paint at the Western Hills store bc they were having a 40% discount on paint. We ended up buying paint and wallpaper with the help of all the employees.
Employees were very friendly and helpful to us. We had gone to the Colerain store first and had trouble finding anyone interested in helping us. We left shocked at how we were treated. We will never go back there again.

The products and the staff at Sherwin Williams are top notch. If you want the best you go to the best and that was my experience. All the staff, although very young, was VERY knowledgeable, courteous , helpful and I gotta say refreshing in an era where good customer service seems like a thing of the past. At Sherwin Williams you leave with confidence yo made the right decisions.

Stopped in for primer, sales person was very helpful in helping me determine which kind would be the best for multiple projects. Then he told me to come back in two days for 40% off. In addition, the 4 gallons of primer was set aside. Thanks so much for helping me and saving me $$$

Big shout out to Patrick who was able to match stain for my buffet. I had gone to two other stores and another Sherwin Williams store close to my house who didnt even put forth any effort to help me color match stain. Customer service is everything. Patrick and everyone at this store were super friendly and helpful. Great employees at a great store! It's worth your time to drive here and get the service you deserve. We recently moved into a new home and went to Sherwin-Williams to help with paint selections. The employees were wonderful and helped explain all of the paint options. Also, they have an interior decorator on staff. She came to our house for an hour and picked out the most beautiful selections for our new home. Go and see them, make an appointment with Leslie - you won't be disappointed!

Very few businesses have customer service so attentive and valuable as Sherwin Williams. We've repainted almost every room in our home using their products. This weekend we repainted an outdoor playset. The products and services in selecting paints and mixing colors have been excellent. My family and my in-laws are now loyal customers.

I've been going to Sherwin Williams for as I can remember. Since reopening I've been there twice for deck stain and regular paint. They treat me like a professional, answer any questions and prepare the product in a timely fashion. If you have paint questions, this is the place to shop.

Don’t want to fight your tools? Buy the right stuff here the first time. You get what you pay for so you can do your own time vs money calculation. Alex is usually here and is top notch, should be running this location in no time. Cheers.

Sales staff were very polite and helpful. Some items were out of stock due to raw materials availability, but that is no fault of this store. The store was clean. I'd recommend

This Sherwin Williams is the best one around. If you call in to pick up paint, it's ready and the correct selection/color. The staff are quick and courteous and have even helped carry paint to vehicles.

Great customer service! They printed a coupon for me (that I had no idea was available) and after only buying one gallon of paint someone still took it to my car for me. :)

Staff extremely helpful I needed 3 , 5 gallon buckets of paint and was already running late I just knew they would take their time and make me fall behind even farther but to my surprise within minutes my paint was mixed and ready and because of their knowledge of the store they knew exactly where everything was I needed after leaving the store I was actually back on my time schedule....will definitely return to this store for future projects and reccomend them to everyone I can!

We were helped by Terry. He went above and beyond helping us with colors and expertise on what type of paint was best for us. We would definitely recommend coming in to see him. We will be back!

If you live in the area, go to the Sherwin-Williams located at the corner of Bridgetown and Glenway/Race. Ask to work with Ryan. He is a young guy that is very happy to help and really knows his products. Super nice guy.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival, asked if I needed any assistance, showed my options for the project I had in mind, and was able to purchase ALL the needed supplies in a very timely manner
