AT&T Store

Mike was so helpful, he not only helped us with a new phone but looked over my current bill and saved us money! He took the time to make sure I wasn’t overpaying. In the end we are paying less and have a new phone.

I have been here three times and each time Xavier was amazing. He is so knowledgeable about so many different areas took the time to answer. Since I am not very computer efficient he was very patient with me understanding my phone. I give this store five stars and I would give Xavier 10! We are usually not very happy when we go inside the AT&T stores in the past so this has been a extremely Pleasant

Xavier was the only employee in the store and he was juggling 4 customers with incredible grace and calm. When we got our turn he was so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a longtime AT&T customer and I have never had someone with this depth of expertise.

First time at this location and I’ll definitely be back. The store manager Xavier was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He dealt with both my indecisiveness and my mom’s confusion wonderfully. Thank you Xavier!

EXCELLENT, friendly service!
This is the new store location in Grayslake. I went in with my in-laws to upgrade their phones. Xavier was knowledgable, efficient, and handled the upgrades for us seamlessly. He took the time to answer all of their questions, and made sure everything was working before we left. Would definitely recommend!

Grayslake store is awesome!! Best store service I have ever experienced since I have been with AT&T Mr Ariel and store manager have excellent customer services. You should have more stock at that store. We originally went to the RLB store and waited till 10:07 and left cause no one showed up, glad the store in Grayslake was open!
