This store is locked in maximum residential homes apt condos surrounding... Busy store and tough for a regular person to work there..
Not everone has good day or happy all the time ... So imagine the overwhelming attitudes that come in this store??

This is focused on the "employees " who take all the pain and anger of (some)customers daily lives.

The employees and workers are amazing.. They keep alot of things stocked..
That me and my family need..
This store is keeped alot cleaner then other surrounding stores many blocks away.

So happy "7Eleven" they are here and are our local 24hr quick fix and gas spot..

Are our family Heroes...

Thx you 7eleven people for all the many years u put up with everday bad attitudes of others and still come to work ..

7 11 refused a handicap to use restroom. 5 different locations that's only today 04/20/2020
I travel alot daily and need to use the restroom
7 / 11 claimes to sanitized daily..sanitized broken restroom that's has been broken over a month since the Corona 19 virus
That is no reason for not letting people and handicap using the restroom

Everyone is very nice

Overall it was a positive experience until I reached the check out. I was having to pay with coins since 2 days away from payday for me. The cashier was not happy about it and made sure that I and everyone else in line knew he wasn't happy about it. Very unprofessional. I understand not being thrilled about it and making it clear to me but he didn't have to include everyone else. It's humiliating enough having to pay like that without letting others know of my problems.

Excellent customer service. The store could be a bit more cleaner on the exterior. Parking lot and immediate surrounding area was not up to standard. Interior of store was excellent and employees were great

This particular store didn’t have the items I wanted. Other than that I was satisfied. 7 Eleven is my favorite convenient store.

The older gentleman that works here is continuously rude and unhelpful. The overnight employees are very chipper.

Pretty standard 711. Prices are all slightly higher than competition.

Horrible experience! Store clerk ran me off as he cussed me out in front of my daughter, then he spit on the ground in front of me as we were leaving. So disgusting, shame on this store and employee. Other employee at the time was also rude and unprofessional.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful with a racist tone when I asked about a restroom which I was making a purchase after I go to a restroom and wash my hands cuz I'm wanted to buy something to eat

I work nearby and every night they close at midnight and reopen at 5am, while also continuing to claim online that they’re open 24 hours. Something tells me corporate doesn’t know about this.

Store mngr or clerk yelled and shoed me out as if I were an animal out the door! Because I had a free item with 7-11 rewards on the app, and they don't honor those or don't know how to redeem them at the register. Even though I had the barcode to be scanned in the app. Not surprising based on other customer reviews on this location. Bad for the 7-11 brand!
