Always clean, and it’s usually very easy to find help if you need it. I appreciate their selection and that the merchandise is nicer than WM, not to mention that it’s less crowded. During the holidays their Christmas shop is always 10/10!

The people who work here are top notch. Hands down best Target I’ve been to. There was a man who was passing racial comments at me and a friend of mine. When we asked him what he wants and threatened him we’ll call security he asked us to come outside and that he was going to hurt us. The staff immediately called security and the security escorted us to our car. We were also given confidence on raising this issue and that no racism will be tolerated here! That security man is the reason I moved to this country and made a living here! I thank him and all fellow Americans who abide by his principles!

Love this store bc It’s always clean and neat, and I can find whatever I need. It’s a hidden gem and usually not super crowded so I can get in and out easily.

Love the assortment of products, reasonable prices and ease of returns/exchanges at all Targets.

I love getting curbside from this Target. They always have my stuff in stock and they are FAST when you pull up! The in store shopping experience is great, too. It doesn't get terribly crowded so you won't be stuck waiting around for a long time. The women's shoe section is the only part of the store that can be a complete mess, but I'm not sure that's the fault of the store.

The employees here are remarkable. I was greeted multiple times at the store, with smiling faces that brightened up my day. The clerk and cashier went above and beyond when I reached out for help on an item. One of my best shopping experiences!

Wanted to give a shout out to manager Devon for being perfeshional, dedicated, organized, and helped out a family find the things they were looking for instead of passing them off to the next person. Thank you Devon for listening and providing the service the family needed to find to stay warm and within budget in this cold weather. This store has some of the best customer service. They are always very helpful, doing their best to keep the store clean and well organized, and also make sure to greet customers with a big smile. I feel like a million bucks. They offer many coupons through their Target Circle app that help to save couple hundreds of dollars in just a few months. In the app, there is a function you can vote which organization you want Target to donate to. They are doing a great job to support the local community.

I’m from out of state and I recently went to this target to get a bookshelf. When I went to ge the bookshelf it wasn’t in stock even though it said it was online. Well I asked one of the workers Amari for help. She said they just got a shipment in today and she came back with my bookshelf promptly. I really appreciate this because many retail workers would say they were going to look in the back and then not actually look. She was so helpful.

Easy pickup at customer service. The young lady even helped me by taking them to my car! Excellent service. I love this Target.

This Target is located in a more lower income area (by Austin standards at least) yet it is incredibly clean, they are well stocked, and from my experience at least, they are not too busy. It’s definitely not as busy as the nearest WalMart or H-E-B which is nice, especially if you are in a rush. They have basic groceries and a great deli, a pharmacy that isn’t too busy ever so if you are someone who likes or needs their meds filled soon, this is the one urban pharmacy that has your back! Their bakery is amazing. Parking has never been an issue. And something important to me is how employees are treated and their minimum wage is $15!

Clean, easy to find things, never too busy… easy 5 stars. Their curbside pickup is amazingly fast too!

Even with the black Friday craziness we had the most helpful manager I've ever had at any store. He personally helped us get our tvs into our car, while helping his workers and had a incredibly positive attitude. Definitely was the easiest black Friday shopping we've done

Devin is my protection plan. Bought a KitchenAid hand mixer and it pooped out on me in the middle of using it. Washed it and brought it the box and receipt to this target. Was initially told that I couldn’t get store credit or whatever but then Devin made it happen. Got me a new one right off the shelf. Processed it. Total experience only took about 12 minutes.

It is wonderful to order online and pickup at a Target Store. I had to go to three different stores and they were all lovely. The first was North (on Research), the second was Four Points and the last was SW (on S. MoPac) where I actually ran into a manager and told her how pleased I was. Made me want to work for Target myself! And of course the merchandise I picked out is great as always. Great experience and goes beyond my expectations!
