John the pharmacy guy is super dope. Nice & overall great guy. Always attentive and helpful. Great employee but more importantly great guy. Come look for John or find him at other locations in Houston if you want that 5 star help. Thank you John!

I was in the store for a flu shot and have only good things to say. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was professional and competent. I had the opportunity while I waited to observe a young man who I think was a tech (white male with long dark hair) answer the phone and wait on people. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful to everyone he interacted with. It was great to hear someone sound like each customer was the most important person and their needs equally important. I hope management will pass this on to these employees.

5 stars for DIANE. After MANY calls to the store concerning a cancelled photo order she was the only employee that truly cared about helping a customer. All the rest 0 stars for trying to push me off to another store! Thank you Diane.

I’ve never used their pharmacy services which by the looks of all the horrible reviews I will never use it. But their Photo department for passport has been great took mine and my daughters passport photo taken here a year apart and my mothers and they’ve never been rejected I’ve heard at other Walgreens their photos do get rejected.

Great customer service from Gabe in the photo department. Gabe is very patient and customer Thank you Gabe for your pleasant spirit. Good customer service is hard to find but, Gabe definitely has it. Thank you Walgreens for such an amazing employee. I highly recommend this store to my family.

This is the most courteous pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. They are quick to fill prescriptions and are always attentive to waiting customers. I am ALWAYS impressed with the service I receive when I fill prescriptions here.

Very excellent customer service! Diane is shift lead / manager very patient and nice she gave $5.00 cash rewards in my account as there was some problem just because of a penny difference!! I am a satisfied customer!! Thanks Diane once again!! I will often visit this place and recommend to everyone!!☺

under 1 minute. She was very helpful and.nice. if I didnt live so far I would definitely come back here for my photos. Thank you so much for your time and help Ms.Rogers. Even know she was wearing mask her smile lit up. She made my day.
