This is my go-to place as my convenience store. Thank you, CVS, for all my BLESSINGS there. Every Time we go there, we get a warm welcome 🤗 Plus, Santa and Snowman welcome us in, too❤ for me, it's VERY SPECIAL 💯💖 BLESSINGS 📿🤲💝

⭐The fact that the pharmacy Opens for late hours, makes it exceptionally standout.
⭐I've done quite a few after normal hours prescription pick ups from there and they always delivered.
⭐9pm 11pm or last minute pick up, No Problem 👍✔

Not to mention, one of my Mom's meds and other locations rarely has it in stock and usually has to be ordered - Well, Not at this location (Always have it ready)😊

Pharmacy is open 24/7/365. Wow in these hot times i can pick up prescriptions early, when im out and about at 6:00 am. Its 6 blocks from my new apt. Store is clean, nice selections here. Plenty of handicapped parking, & well lit. Yale & 20th Sts. Lots to do in this area..

This is my favorite CVS. They carry all the things I want and like. I'm talking a out their make up selection. It's open 24hours which is perfect. At night the area is sketchy but during the day it's not bad at all. It's so easy to get lost in their make up section because of all the choices there are. Thanks for keeping stock in items unlike other stores.

Looking at the reviews, I am surprised. This place has been wonderful. We recently moved down here from The Woodlands. We had used the CVS there for years. Blunt. Rude. Put out. This place —the CVS on 20th and Yale—is a surprise. Friendly. Informative. Helpful. Outgoing. Thank you to all of the staff.

I am grateful that they were the only pharmacy open that night , thanks to the person who helped us get the medicine within 15 min.

I was driving there straight from the doctor's office to pick up two prescriptions. CVS called immediately after receiving the prescriptions to tell me that the doctor still needed to fill out something for the insurance to cover one of them. There was an employee there, Waverly I think her name was, who faxed over the form needed to be filled out. She spoke with me and told me what was happening when I got there. She then offered to call to make sure they received the fax - they hadn't, which would have caused me a lot of problems if she hadn't double checked. She called again and this time they had received the fax but couldn't read certain parts. She spoke with them over the phone until everything was sorted out. This level of service was above and beyond any other "pharmacy experience" I've encountered and it merited a five star Google review.

William - Certified Pharmacy Tech gave me the moderna COVID19 booster.
I am a huge baby when it comes to needles and shots but I could NOT even feel the needle go in !! He has a simply amazing touch and deserves praise !! He has a great bedside manner too. Definitely recommend this pharmacy and William in giving vaccines.

Went through drive thru after midnight and had been having trouble with work comp paying for prescriptions. Again the work comp denied my script. I have paid out of pocket in the past when this happened but this time the pharmacist went, I believe "above and beyond "!!!! He called express scripts I'm sure multiple times and seemed like he would not let them tell him "no". The whole time taking other customers that would pull up. Nothing less than amazing!!!! I have been in work comp HELL since I was injured in a terrible accident last July........ THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ACTUALLY FELT LIKE SOMEONE WORKED FOR ME TO HELP ME!!!!! I wish I would have gotten his name, but I will be calling and letting the management know what an exceptional person they have working for them, but I'm sure they already know that!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great pharmacy inside the store but outside there is a older man who just walks up on people out of the blue and talks about if we can "help out an ugly old man" and gives a spill about a church and about they will help him out if we give him 8 dollars then we be telling him no cause we struggling to get by to buy our own medicines and been out of jobs since the Covid-19 begin and this man just keeps going on and on even after we say NO. I don't mind him there but don't walk up on people especially at night which he does and when people say no they mean NO.

The pharmacy team here is awesome. I had a coupon for a very expensive med but it wouldnt go through. They told me they would get it to work for me if it meant calling the compnay themselves - which they did! Really appreciate them taking the time to help me rather than just letting the conversation end at the system not taking the coupon. Thank you so much!

This place is night and day better than the other CVS in the heights. Pharmacy was well staffed and I got my vaccine on time for once.

Fast pharmacy service and great communication skills. The parking lot needs sweeping and too much trash. Overall good quality store.

It's a wonderful store and a beautiful area on the West 20th Street on the heights I take pictures and they haven't delivered at the CVS and I'll pick him up great pictures and I'm happy and I'm satisfied it's very convenient and it's open 24 hours.

I was told it would take an hour to fill my prescription and told them I would wait and they got it filled in 15 minutes. I appreciate the urgency.

Both times i was there to pickup Rx. Its was smooth. Fast. Good service. This is a 24.7 open location. Life saver.
