The staff here is fantastic, especially the evening staff. The atmosphere is incredible, and they ask clarifying questions on orders to make sure they are made the way I prefer. I appreciate that a lot. :)

The people are friendly and kind, but why do they always forget one of the drinks I order? Every time. I have to remind them after waiting for 10 minutes. Every time. "Oh yeah. We'll have that right out." They are are very nice, however.

How do y’all mess up a simple drink
Ordered the shaken brown sugar and got something completely wrong. Wasn’t cashiers fault, she said my order twice and confirmed. It was the ones who were on drink making.
