AT&T Store

At the AT&T store on E W T Harris blvd I found a great attention and fast resolve to the issues that I had with a new IPhone 15 poor connection network. Manager was 5 stars. His way and patience to fix and solve problems impressed me. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much

I had an amazing experience with Jorge and Luciano! After a not so successful trip at another store, I was so glad to have a great experience here. Everyone made me feel so at home. Jorge got me the absolute best deal for my new iPhone and Apple Watch! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone!

We had just come from another phone store where we waited over 2 hours, they were unprofessional, then ended up messing up our transaction in the end.

So of course I felt relieved when Jorge from AT&T handled everything so smoothly and was knowledgeable and welcoming! It took less than 30 minutes to get my iPhone 14 and he helped us get the best deal for what we were looking for! He even held the door for us on the way out haha

I already had AT & T, but my mom had Consumer Cellular. I was tired of how many problems she was having. Juston was the employee who helped us. He got my mom a GREAT deal and got me a deal as well because my current phone was at memory capacity. Juston made the process easy & smooth. This AT & T store is the place to go!!

Went to the store to purchase a screen protector and case. I worked with German. German was amazing and helped me with my sister’s phone. German talked about the benefits of the cases and screen protector. Thank you German for assisting us and showing us what great customer experience looks like.

I had excellent service here. Juston (I hope that's how you spell it) was the Bomb!! He was patient with me and my daughter. Answered all my questions and even helped me with my Bluetooth. I am going back here from now on.

Ciara store Manger has an excellent customer service help me with my problem after a bad experience I recorded her Att it's very lucky to have such a wonderful and helpful person

The team of people that help me were awesome!!! The took the time to listen to me, and resolved all of the problems I was having. The best part they were able to up sale me some wireless product that made my overall bill payment less then what it was when I came end.

Store layout very modern staff overall friendly. Could relax the rules slightly when someone is just trying to purchase a phone case we don't want to wait in que for an hour. The kiosk was fine but couldn't find my account. Again I would like to find the discount but not if that means waiting in que for an hour.

My phone was having issues reading the SIM card after switching over from Sprint. The manager Shawn was very knowledgeable and figured out an alternate way to have my phone activated. I am so happy he stepped in and figured out an solution to get my service active. Very nice customer service! Keep up the great work!
