7-Eleven

It’s tucked away , but it is the friendliest 7-11 I have encountered. Always clean and whatever I’m purchasing is always in stock. If you go in the mornings like I do,they will freshly make your food in minutes. That is going beyond in my book.

I wanted some tenders so they made them for me.
I was looking for a specific sauce so they looked high and low for me. The guy working today, 2-25-17 @ 11:25am was about as nice as they come. I've never been treated so well at a 711.
If there was more stars they would have gotten them.

It REALLY shouldn’t take you 3-4 minutes PER CUSTOMER. This is a convenience store. Meaning it’s supposed to be quick and accessible to turn off and grab a few things and leave. So how bout stop running your mouth, collect the money, and move to the next person in line. It’s not social hour and it’s really not that hard of a job.

I've been going to this location for 12 months, becauseI work in the Charlotte metro..The last few months this location when I stop in has No cookies, No good pizza, and the manager isn't nice. I think the manager when I was there last stopped the gas pumps do to I complained to the store about fresh food.. I would like things to change, because I work in the area. I used to frequently come to this store all the time before

All I have to say is that I am not returning there at all. i normally don’t write reviews. If I have a bad experience I just keep it to myself.
There is this cashier that is definitely stealing from the store and from their clients. My first time with her she overcharged me even tho I could see the real price on the screen. Basically she didn’t give me my full change back. Refused in giving me a receipt. I found it odd but I was in a rush so I just wanted to give HER the benefit of the doubt.

Second encounter… I chose to pay by card this time. There’s no way she is tricking me again.. I ask for 20 for a pump.. and SURPRISE!! Only 10 dollar went through.. mind you, I checked she actually charged me 20.. funny because she confirmed the info before charging. (Also, refused giving me a receipt). When I complained she just said that it was a mistake and that she was going to fix it to 20… (I’m still not mad at this point, people make mistakes).
2nd try.. I pump my 10 bucks in hope is just going to be 2 times a 10 bucks.. WRONG!!!! Since it didn’t show a second time. I asked a receipt once I pumped my 10 bucks just in case she try to say that she put the 20.. but my lord… she came up with 2 receipts of 10 affirming I used all my 20. Listen, I’m very quiet and peaceful but at this point she just thought I was dumb. After a while she finally agreed to “try” again but let’s say, it kept “failing”.
Long story short, I lost my money again (because of her) and I’m sorry, I don’t know if I can trust that store ever again just because of her.

Employee is a female and was working Saturday 25th at 11pm. Beware of that lady.. she is definitely 100% stealing.

Whatever you do, do not order from this location. From my experience, the order will be wrong. Today I was missing half of my order, like a whole bag.

Went there to pump my tire, there card machine on the air was broken so i had to use quarters. Went in to ask for change for a five and the employee tells me they aren’t allowed to give change for bills. What type of dumb policy is that?
