Froesel Tire

I was just at Froesel Tire to get the flat tire on my car repaired. I checked with three other shops before phoning Froesel. The other shops couldn't help me until the next day but Froesel got me in within a few hours of phoning them. They are very respectful, not condescending, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend this shop.

On my way to Vetta, with 2 eager boys who want to play in their soccer games, I had a flat! I was able to pull safely into their parking lot. 1 hour before closing time and the manager/owner on duty was an angel! Without hesitation he got my keys, got the tire off and discovered it was punctured and not fixable .
He communicated effectively every step of the way and even said: I just want to get you to where your supposed be as quick as possible!
He put a used (but high quality) tire on , no charge and we hit the road.
30 minutes total!

This is by far the best customer service I’ve received at any automotive establishment. Greg and his team will help you out in a pinch. Flat tire, come on in and get it fixed up. Not drop it off and wait all day…..immediate service. Oil changes are prompt and reasonably priced. Froesel has the neighborhood feel that’s lacking in all those other chain places. If there was room for 10 stars they would have them.

had a flat repair come up over the weekend and called around to a half dozen places. Froesel was the first place to say bring the car up and we will do our best and they knocked it out of the park! our car was ready before the expected turnaround and charges are fair. highly recommend especially if you are in the rock hill area. we will be back for all our tire needs

I needed a set of four tires rather quickly. I called several stores. Froesel tire had competitive prices and available appointment times. I waited at Froesel while my tires were being put on. The waiting room had places to sit and complimentary drinks. They were on time, professional and efficient! I absolutely will return.

I brought my car to Froesel for the first time today and Mark did a great job. Mark identified an additional issue with my car, and without my asking, sent me photos explaining what the issue was and why he wanted to fix it. When I picked the car up he brought the old part out and showed me why he needed to replace it. Now that is how you show someone they aren’t being taken advantage of! To cap off a good experience, he also took a genuine interest in helping me grow my personal business as well. I will be back the next time I have an issue with any of my vehicles.

Own a small business, van had a flat. Called two places, one closed the other full. Called Froesel and Mark said come right over we'll take care of you - and they did! Put two tires on in less than 30 minutes. Probably quicker than that as I left and came back with the van waiting for me. Told Dan, the owner, that it was the best service I've had in these Corona Virus days when nobody else seems to want to excel - Froesel did, they exceeded my expectations and I will tell at least ten people about the tremendous service that made my day!!!

I highly recommend them. I have brought my car here a couple times and the pricing is very fair and the service is great. They are fast and efficient. Its nice to find a company that actually fixes what is wrong with the car.

They are awesome! I hadn't been in some time but new car, new tire routine. They could take me first thing, fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to upsell. I will definitely return.

AMAZING.......A++ Service!!! I just had 2 used front tires put on my dump truck this morning by Froesel Tire. They were on time, very professional, the tires looked like new and had plenty of tread life. I also paid them to swap my wheels out for freshly painted ones. I could go on and on about how happy I am with the service I received. My salesman Willie did a fantastic job on getting me exactly what I wanted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Froesel Tire to anybody. Traveling from Florida to Utah in our 40-foot Diesel motor home with a stopover in St.Louis. Had a valve stem stick and was leaking air so I googled tires near me. Was so lucky to find Froesel was just a few minutes away! Fast, great service! Friendly people! In 15 minutes we were in n out way. 5/5! Thank you Froesel!

I was driving down the road and heard the dreaded clicking sound you hear when you either run over a rock or a nail.. ended up being the latter so I drove to the big truck shop in the back of Froesel tire. The man who helped was amazing and thankfully I just had a small nail in my tire that didn’t go all the way through.
