Zamarion is the reason this store is still standing and moving. He’s the only person that works here that actually cares for each person he helps. The man deserves a promotion, and is the only reason for my 5 star review.

I Love Kroger for some of the Best Produce! This Kroger also has fresh meat deli as well as fresh fish (Salmon). The butcher is a sweet and delightful man!

Great place to shop with reasonable prices. A variety of things that can be purchased such as food, toys, calling, and medication.

I know it is silly but this is truly one of my favorite Krogers to shop it. I have been to essentially every Kroger in 20 mile radius and this one takes 1st. They are always well stocked, the store is considerably clean and the staff is always present and eager to help. When I go instacarting I usually try to make sure I am around this store because I know they will likely not be out of anything.

Not perfect but not bad. They usually have everything I want. It's really still too small to take care of such a populated part of town; always running out of stuff. Can barely get enough employees to operate but it's still MY kroger.

They have really stepped up their customer service in addition to the new renovations! Over the last few weeks I have noticed more smiling faces and positive attitudes. On several occasions I have witnessed young men and women helping the elderly to their vehicles and loading their groceries for them. This is the kind of change that I welcome! The customer service here is now better than that of the Inglewood Kroger.

This is truely a family neighborhood grocery store the employees are polite professional and very considerate of customers needs. The wonderful men and women that work at the deli are very kind and accommodating. No order is too big or small. This store is great assets to East Nashville so happy to shop here.

I went somewhere else to get a birthday cake for my son. The other place gave me my money back after they messed up my order. Last minute, this Kroger had a really nice cake already made. The lady in the deli had no problems personalizing it for him. Last minute, my son's birthday party was saved. And yes, the cake was excellent. Picked up little ice cream cups there too.

This is my main grocery store. People complain about it because it's small-ish but I rarely can't find everything I need. Variety in produce gets broader all the time. Training in customer service could be better but I've been told the storestore ma get bonuses based on sales...a small store can't keep the best managers and that definitely affects the employees. Still, I've been shopping there, happily, for 30 years.

Things were dicey during the remodel but since their recent "grand opening" I've been impressed with the selection, service, and atmosphere at our friendly neighborhood Kroger. For that I've given 5 stars - it's the best grocery store option in East!

Always a pleasure in Belle Meade

I shop at this Kroger whenever I'm in or near the area of the store. The parking lot is clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant here to me. You will enjoy this Kroger store too.

My neighbourhood's Kroger. Decent. Really like the employees, they're more approachable than others. They have recently gotten a Sushi section, which is great.

I love Kroger!!! Any and ALL OF THEM!!! The joy I feel when I see a WOOHOO sign on foods that I'll actually enjoy...makes my heart smile. And the meat & seafood dept....OH LORDT!!! Don't get me started.

Can't see why the bad reviews. Staff is beyond friendly and they're renovating so it's a tad messy but nothing horrible. Plus the gas is the cheapest in Nashville.

My neighborhood Kroger for almost ten years! They've had their bad customer service days but who hasn't! I love the products here.

I have shopped at this location for years and each and every time I have a great experience. Plus it's close to my home.
