Their sushi is professional, clean, good service, cheap price, and deserves to be known by more people.

"Is there a Ralph's around here?" I recently asked, unfamiliar with the area, I was in need of a Folgers coffee tin (don't ask, it was a long story) found what I needed though. Ralph's is good, and thorough.

No nonsense. Right on staff. Store stocked.
Vegetables and fruits are beautiful. Well lit. Floors clean and free of debris. Cashier Leche very accommodating. Have a nice day. And I saved a bundle.

Always have what i need!! Brought a coffee in Washington State while on vavation i loved couldn't fine it at any other grocery store here in LA CA went here and it was stocked up thanks Ralph's!!

I enjoy shopping at garage I have such a wonderful time in the workers are great I find what I need and I like it because the meat first lady princess

This Ralph store is absolutely beautiful the managing staff is great all the citizens that shop here are wonderful the security guards are the best especially Victor so everyone come shop at the store and support the community😎

Story time: I placed a pick up order recently and the employee said everything was good to go after placing the bags of groceries in the trunk that I ordered. I went home and I was missing more than 5 items and I was charged for everything I was missing! I was very upset and I went to Ralph’s to complain. Luckily, an employee at the self check assisted me in calling someone to help. When he came, I explained the situation and they were very friendly about it. He took time out of his day to manually pick up everything I was missing. He bagged everything and gave me a cart and even asked if he can still help! That’s AMAZING customer service!! Thank you Davion! You were outstanding and thanks to you, I will continue to order from this Ralph’s!!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Deals are limited in today's society we're as corporate America is so greedy and passes on high cost to the consumers to live there lavish lifestyles. Be careful with your spending and know your limits.

I had a huge issue with a 283 dollar return and she was a trooper, checking through each and every item one by one took a good hour without a single complaint or any attitude. She had the most uplifting spirit and a wonderful sense of humor, making a pretty embarrassing moment feel comfortable. The issue seemingly could have been fixed easy the night before but Trish pushed me to the morning staff, the Manager Tomanika was pleasant on the phone but unfortunately MIA when called by the wonderful young lady at self checkout in store. The cashier Rocio quickly left the register when i approached with my issue kind of rudely. They grabbed Rebecca whom seemed quite eager and up to the challenge with some of the BEST customer service I've seen in a long while THEN cherry on top her register light was off and a few customers still jumped in line and even though she was supposed to leave after my transaction she still rang them up as well! Superb attitude and Ralph's should be proud to have her, I cannot rave enough about her and my experience! Thank you Rebecca!

I passed my probation period on my new job and decided I wanted to THANK EVERYONE. I brought enough pre-sliced cake in various flavors and a variety of ice cream to last a week - MAYBE? Thank you RALPHS for helping me make my co-workers feel special to me.

Everyone is very welcoming and polite. From the meat and produce department to the cashiers and baggers! I've been shopping here for over 10 years! Oh and the nice young lady in the flower department is so sweet! I buy ALL my flower arrangements at this Ralphs!

I went to the deli and ordered the 2 piece bake chicken combination dinner. The customer service was fantastic!! Samon was just so friendly that she turned my tiring day beautiful. Her smile and happy greetings made the whole line take notice. I willl bypass my Ladera Heights Ralph's to come here. Please honor her and your great employees. Samon seems like a gem and a rarity. Hopefully, I spelled her name correctly. She look like she had just come on duty around 3:00 pm on 1/27/2021.Thank you

Today, I was in Ralph's Grocery Store and decided to stop by Starbucks for a drink. The young lady by the name of Amber was very nice and courteous! She greeted me with a beautiful smile that warmed my heart. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Latte which was very very good!👍🤗

I am a regular customer at this market, they have everything! A Starbucks! I get my coffee and I do all my grocery shopping, and I could also pay my bill and play my lotto.
What I like most is their produce is nice and clean. I been to other market's that the produce dept is such a mess and the quality isn't so great. I also find good deals.

I honestly love this location! Very clean store! Well stocked and employees are kind and knowledgeable! They don't at bougee or above someone else and their prices are competitive

Have been shopping here since 2011, back when it was a dreary place. First came the renovation and then Starbucks. Staff are approachable and friendly. Nice wine selection as well :)

I'm treated like a celebrity in this Ralph's the entire staff no matter what section you are in treats you like a princess. if you are anything like me, going to the grocery store is a chore and no fun, but all of these employees in this Ralphs are the best. produce and meat section are second to none. after the shopping is done you can relax and have a treat at Starbucks on your way out.
