Kroger

I stopped going to Walmart and now i only shop at Kroger. They have everything i need. I love the rewards card to that helps me save money on gasoline. They have great employees too.

Love our store, especially for earning discounted gas; but would also enjoy a Marketplace setting. Anything to help slim down the Walmart spending would be wonderful! Employees are friendly and helpful, even offering to help find items since the recent reorganization. Cashiers watch to help customers into their lanes when empty, and even ask if ice or stamps are needed. I don't like crowds, so I miss the 24hrs schedule. I haven't yet researched whether they have the new online ordering service. However, I've heard good things about it at the Lebanon store, so I will try it if possible very soon. Pharmacy techs are fast and friendly as well. I've watched how hard they work and how busy the dept seems to be most of the time. I love the new option to receive text messages when prescriptions are ready. The call system is a great addition, but texts are the best for me. I have nothing negative to say about this store at all.

Congratulations, Maineville Kroger. I hadn't been to this location for quite some time due to ongoing issues with ClickList. Their employees were rude and not at all friendly. I normally would go to a nearby location but unfortunately they were out of a few items that I needed so I thought maybe things had changed and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the young man was that loaded my order, he actually said hello and thank you, a far cry from the old employees that would ask your name, load your groceries and just walk off when they were finished. A little politeness goes a long way in my book, it's about time they've hired someone that acts like you're appreciated.

Great store, clean and friendly staff. On a weekday I have walked up to the Deli and was served. Friday nite there was 14 or more people waiting for meat cuts. Good selection of beer and whine too. Happy shopping.

This location has to have some of the nicest people to ever work at a Kroger. They always greet me with big smiles and aren't afraid to drop everything to help me find something. The store itself doesn't really offer anything different than any other kroger, but it's the people who make me want to return to this one

This store is fantastic! I'm an Instacart delivery driver, and the folks that work at this store are always so very kind to me! 😊

Great place! Employees ignored my service animal and let her do her job. Everyone was very nice and smiled when we would make eye contact!

Was helped by the Most courteous young lady Bree. She went out of her way to help me and made my day. If I needed a wonderful worker I would hire her in a minute.

It was amazing the cashier Aiden scanned my groceries very well I was honestly impressed!! Give that man a raise. A very attractive man

One of the better Kroger stores around this area. I think new management. More cashiers on hand lately.

WOW! I can't believe that I got a 23 lb. Turkey (Kroger brand) for $8.24! This was with a $25 qualifying purchase! Truly amazing!

Great oraganized store, Deli personell very nice.However wait at pharmacy was longer than others, they could use more staff.

I like the lay out of the Kroger Maineville store. The checkers and baggers are courteous. The self-check associates are helpful when the machines don't work.

Can't say it enough, love the South Lebanon Kroger WAY BETTER than the Lebanon location,,,,,the parking lot alone in South Lebanon is a better experience,, Lebanon Kroger has a lot to do.
