Went to this location for some new wiper blades. I am not mechanically inclined AT ALL. I picked the wipers I thought the book told me were right.

When I got to the counter I was greeted by Courtney, and I asked him if he could check to make sure I had the right ones. I guess I had the right ones and I asked if they were hard to install. He assured me it was fairly easy. He said that because it was a slow time he would come out and show me how. Well, he not only showed me, but he taught me how at the same time. Courney was very professional, and I enjoyed talking to him while he helped me. He is a Great human, and I am glad to see that good people are still around.

Auto Zone keep hiring good people. It says a lot about your company and that makes me a customer for life.

Great customer service! Well stocked and nicely organized. If they don’t have the part, they’ll get if for you often that same day! If you are “clueless” like me, they’ll help you with any questions you may have. They even put on my windshield wipers after they helped me find them. 😀

It was raining and Alan offered to go out and let me stay in. When giving the results he was thorough, patient and kind. The best customer service I have received in a while

Great quick service on my battery which was under their warranty. It was even raining when I was there and the came and helped me outside still. Would have tipped them if I had cash on me.

Ibrahim and his team were fantastic. They helped with our single moms event. We are providing free oil to single moms and they went above and beyond. Glad that we can work with them as they are so close and friendly. They will put a lot of smiles on faces on wonderful mom.

Dante was super helpful in helping me select and install a car battery!!! Will be back again for any automotive needs

Great service! Needed a new battery for my remote start, wasn’t able to open it when I got there to see the size. The regional and territory manger took care of it for me while replacing it. Appreciate people like them, they make the difference!

I bought a replacement battery here in February 2023 and today, May 15, the battery light came on and the car wouldn't accelerate. I dragged into AutoZone and was greeted Tristan G. She tested the battery and pronounced it DOA. It was under warranty so she replaced it quickly and later tested the accelerator to see why a new battery was draining so fast. Tristan is an asset to this company. As a woman, I find it difficult sometimes to communicate with all-male mechanics. She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable.

Great service, quick to give help and helped me locate the parts I needed.

Cars battery was going out. Folk was super helpful in finding the right battery and they installed it for me.

Outstanding customer service from Jacob and Dulce. I got there and had a few questions about buying a battery for my car and they took the time answering my questions and concerns. Because they are outstanding customer service i decided to buy the battery there and got the help i needed to install the battery. Sometimes good customers service goes long way and that's what it keeps the business bringing customers back. I hope their Store manager appreciate them like i did..

The Store Manager, Ibrahim, was so helpful to us when we needed our battery serviced. Even though the store was busy we were greeted and tended to very swiftly. This store and its team runs like a well oiled machine and cares about their customers needs.

Went in to get a new battery and Ibrahim was quick and helpful to grab me a new one. I ended up needing help to remove a stubborn lug nut to replace the battery and he was more than eager to help me get it off and even helped with the remainder of the replacement. Thank you so much and god bless!

This place is great. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. I was getting windshield nozzles and it was a pain and they help me tremendously. I'll never go anywhere else.

Dont known how to add another review. Went in today to get a brake line. The manager with a big beard helped me out. Sorry I didn't get a name. I have been in customer service a while and this guy was excellent. Felt like we were on a team completing a mission. Had everything I needed. His crew was super attentive as well. I came back to exchange stuff and I'm sure I annoyed them.
But irregardless I was instructed how things work and given kids gloves care.. kudos.. I can't talk enough about this place.6 🌟

On our way back to Dallas but our SUV broke down. Luckily we were able to put into this AutoZone before it gave out. Thank god for the 3 young men working there who lend us the tools we needed without hesitation and were very helpful. It made the car situation less stressful. After about 1.5 hrs we were back on the road. We really appreciate it guys, sorry for all the back and forth getting tools and supplies.

Went way beyond customer care and support with on the spot service to fix my alternator...would not have made it home otherwise. I'm sure Randal saw my panic and fear that I would be stranded in middle of country. I appreciate everything they did today. I am a traveling dental assistant and never know where I may land and for how long that day. They are the BEST!!!

Kyle was SO helpful today as I needed to buy a new battery and have someone install it for me. He was extremely pleasant and made sure I was covered with everything necessary to keep my new battery functioning as long as possible. Really appreciated his time and helpfulness!
