Chris L. Has been a great person to work with at Home Depot. Every time I come to the paint section, Chris greets me with a smile and a warm welcome. He’s been extremely helpful in helping me choose my pains and other home products. It’s hard to find people committed to their work and customer obsessed so I wanted to take the time to share some good feedback about his work. His performance and attitude makes all the difference.

I go to Home Depot more often than I like to admit! The app is very useful for telling me where everything is. It also usually recognizes which store I'm in so I don't have to go in and manually ask it to show me the products in the store I'm at. Returns are very easy and the return policy is generous. I've bought a lot of things here for my home and the hours are so much more convenient than the local plant nursery's, so I've been thinking of buying outdoor plants here, too.

This Home Depot has a stray cat that lives outside that they take care of. Very pretty cat!

I had a problem with an online item that was delivered to the store for pickup and it had to be exchanged. It was a huge disappointment . To say Home Depot went above and be beyond to make the situation right would be an understatement. They really genuinely cared about me and my experience and made the situation right. I’m still shocked at how well they took care of the situation and will be forever grateful for the way they took care of the situation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This review is only for the garden center. They had an amazing selection of plants and I was so happy to buy so many herbs from them. They had good quality planters too. They also had a sale going 3 for 12 dollars. Great price for amazing quality. Can’t wait to set my herb and tea garden. Will definitely update photos once I set it up.

Home Depot does not disappoint! I needed to return something, but I could not lift it. They were kind enough to let me park up by the door and come lift the 50 lb bag out of my trunk for me!

Pros: Electric carts if needed. Very helpful staff. Wide variety of most all things for your home and garden/yards; building or established.
Cons: difficult maneuvering electric carts in some areas. Lots of aisles blocked. Need more organizational items for kitchen and bath, especially drawer and under the sinks organizers.
Will go back. Nice garden selections.

Great place. Loved the moving boxes they had, even the cashier helped me out with scanning the boxes right in the cart so I did not have to take them out. Was a smooth and easy process getting in and out. Friendly staff and great service.

It is always a please to come to HD and have Ms Joy assist me . She’s always been kind. She’s very knowledgeable, and friendly.

She’s helped us load , and goes out of her way to assist customers, outside of her department.

She single handily carries this Hutto HD . As some can be a little rude / unhelpful

We just had a wonderful experience with Pearl, an appliance expert at Home Depot in Hutto. She helped my sister in-law pick out a range and microwave. Pearl was very knowledgeable and congenial. The purchase was efficient and seamless. Pearl is an asset to Home Depot and this community.

Easy access and friendly service. Priced out quite a few items. Found a knowledgeable older employee who knew where everything was seriously EVERYTHING...He directed us or personally showed us. Thank You so much for your help.

Super clean and friendly staff. The associates are super knowledgeable about the products and if we don't know we find out rather quickly.

I had to visit the Hutto location to pick up an online order for a smart thermostat I ordered as a cyber Monday deal bc none were available in the Georgetown store. It was a quick and easy trip. The employees were nice and not many people were in the store when I was there. I was hoping to snag a Christmas tree topper while there but the selection was very slim... their inventory was pretty well wiped out after the long Thanksgiving Day weekend.

Awesome store, you could buy everything for any conatruction proyect, residential or commercial. Also you can rent tools, trailers, Trucks. The staff is super friendly amd helpfull. I love this store, highly recommended!

I'm certainly a regular here and now my favorite hardware store based on how friendly and helpful employees are. I have quite the opposite view from their competitor across the street. Product pricing is competitive, Returns process is excellent and overall cool cats helping everyone. Perfect match for the community.

Ke'Ajah at the service desk is always beyond helpful and has a great attitude. Makes transactions go smoothly. I'm a contractor so pick up orders and returns are a constant. This store always seems to have better customer service and team members than other locations.

I went back yesterday and I want to commend a few of your employees I met that helped me... Jaylen, David, and Tatiana. They deserve a raise or comp time to reset if you will. Being on your feet all day hurts , trust me I know. Friendly smiles goes a LONG way.. that's the difference in customer service. Thank u 🙏
