I don't order coffee, my wife does which means im not schooled in the nomenclature. The Brentwood Starbucks made my experience quick, friendly and comfortable. My wife got her fancy drink & the staff at the drive thru made it an easy experience. I'll be back!

I visited this Starbucks on Brentwood this morning because I was feeling down about being far from home ,in the city, that I didn't know anyone, and I needed something delicious to pick up my spirits. The cashier in the drive-thru was a Godsend. Her kindness lifted my spirits and reminded me that I would be ok because there are Angels everywhere. My drink and food were good as usual, but her kindness made them taste even better ❤❤

Visit this location for the first time and I must say Daniel was very pleasant, upbeat and friendly. I really enjoyed my egg white bites and white mocha coffee it was made just the way I like it. Thank you for Such Great Service!!

A stop at Starbucks is a MUST when I work overnights. The drinks are always the right temperature and strong but not bitter. This location has the absolute friendlies baristas and they never make you feel rushed. I will occasionally ask for their favorite suggestions for drinks and they never disappoint! Thank you!

Always friendly staff even during busy times. Service is quick and I’m not afraid to give my real name because they pronounce it correct when my order is ready!

A comfy spot for morning coffee and breakfast. I enjoyed a great tasting double bacon, egg and cheese on a buttery croissant bun, with a cup of 'triple berry' yogart and granola, and Pike's place coffee with hazelnut. The friendly baristas, excellent food and coffee preparation, a quick moving line, and a well appointed customer area, made this a wonderful experience.

Cute sunny spot. Make sure to come in rather then go through the drive through, much faster! Nice team.

I had been meaning to rate the customer service I received awhile back. There are a set of twins that work at this location and they are so freaking friendly and nice. They seem like they wanted to be there and enjoyed their job. I was having a hard day and their smile and upbeat behavior made my day. Hope the next time I visit there at work. Great job on hiring that duo Starbucks!

Don't get me wrong. The service is great but they get overwhelmed by customers sometimes. I've found going inside after ordering with the app works best at the location.

The people are sweet and actually remember who I am beyond having it on my order. That's the type of customer service that attracts me to the location. Others are not as friendly. I love the commitment to dei.

The best one!! Definitely go on Saturday mornings when traffic is light so you won’t crash when the baristas will fill the coffee allllll the way up to the top and make it as hot as possible, without melting the cup, or lids, or hands, or skin. Highly recommend!!!!! :)

They've remodeled! It's so bright and uplifting here. After covid I'm sure it'll be very comfortable place with the new banquet and the MCM style chairs.

I travel frequently and this location is now the standard I hold all other Starbucks locations to. Yes, the exterior parking lot & drive-thru is of poor design (avoid parking in the lot in the morning because you'll never be able to leave) but, perhaps necessarily their response to being saddled with the poor design, this staff is by far the most efficient and friendly. You'll always get a (what looks to be sincere) smile and visit a few times and they'll know your regular order when you step to the counter (with all the things people have thrown at them throughout the day this always seems like magic to me). Use the mobile app to order ahead of time and they regularly trounce the latest time prediction.

I only wish the Starbucks up the road on Hanley (much better drive-thru & parking, slow/poor service) took some notes; I have long-standing meetings at locations near the Hanley location and will take the time to drive out of my way to the Brentwood location to pick up coffee between appointments because I know it will be quicker than waiting for my coffee to be prepared at the Hanley location next door.

I love a drive thru location but this intersection can be tricky. The entrance & exit or strategic so approach slowly & be patient with other drivers entering & exiting. Parking available to walk in or sit down to enjoy your order as well.

Friendly staff and quick service! I overheard one barista talking with a customer who was a regular at their location and they had a great rapport. That sort of interaction makes you want to come back again!

Always clean and efficient. The only issue is a small parking lot and short drive thru lane.

Employees are always very friendly no matter how busy they are. They don't have a ton of food options that's the only reason for the 4 stars but the food they do have is tasty.

I'm a new mom to twins and I haven't set foot inside a Starbucks (or any coffee shop) since March 2020 - so you know my desperation to get out of the house was high if I was willing/foolish enough to brave the morning rush. This location has been my regular drive-thru for awhile and I've always been pleased with it. Since I'm up ungodly early anyway, I've decided I may as well take my boys on walks and get some liquid energy in the process. I'm rusty at the whole "going out" thing; I forgot I could use my app to order ahead because I haven't slept in 5 months. I was unbearably awkward in the store, because interacting with people who are able to speak beyond cooing and pterodactyl noises is now novel to me. Navigating a double stroller indoors? I may as well be trying to drive a forklift in the cafe itself. Cars were backed up, mobile orders stacked up, and still I was greeted with warmth and great service even as I desperately tried not to be in the way of other patrons coming and going. I know it's their job. I know I wasn't that big of a deal and wasnt a hassle...But these days, the smallest tasks with two little ones in tow feel almost insurmountable. So thank you, Starbucks crew at Brentwood and White. And thank you to the employee who came over to gush over my son's dinosaur booties (and not to tell me that the stroller was inconveniently located, as i was fearing). This was the best morning I've had in a long time and I can see myself integrating this as part of a normal morning routine - and next time, I'll order ahead.

Brentwood and White has the friendliest staff.
If they are busy the make sure you've been addressed for order pick-up. Even if the app says it will be a long wait they will make sure you're being heard and looked after.

This Starbucks location is one of my favorites! The employees are happy and knowledgeable. They are patient if I'm trying to find something new for my husband and often give suggestions. They recognize you and will make small talk. The parking lot isn't great during peak times but the friendly staff make up for it.

I specifically drove out of my way to try a new Starbucks location since my last few experiences hadn't been too great. I was so pleasantly surprised with this location! The line was short, the baristas were extremely friendly, and my drink was delicious!
