Coffee was very tasty will definitely go back to this one . Service was not terrible but drive thru person did not speak to me it all even when I said hi to him .

Arlena and the rest of the staff are amazing. Everyone is super friendly and works together like a well oiled machine.

There is a beautiful lady who is the drive thru cashier on Sunday mornings! I didnt get her name but i love going on Sundays in the morning to see her. She is bubbly and always ask “what are we doing today” she brightens up your day with her smile. If you are having a bad sunday morning come to this starbucks! These ladies work super hard and make the best drinks! I can’t wait to come back. They give extra loving on the caramel drizzle too!

I get my coffee here almost every single day! The staff is always inviting with a smile and cheer in their voice. I won't go to any othet place to get my coffee my Day always starts out right when I start it with Starbucks in canal!

Wonderful everything! You do have to pay attention, you won't be able to hear anything in here.

Every barista is helpful and friendly but I gotta give a shout out to the girl who matches her hair and nails(sorry I'm bad at remembering names), so professional and friendly. It's been a long time since I had such excellent customer service, she beyond nails it every time!
I wish they had a way of tipping with a card cause I would tip every time 👍

I stopped going to Starbucks years ago. After this new one was built, I am there everyday. Staff is wonderful and super nice. It's new and clean. Bye Tim Hortons. ❤

Always friendly and helpful employees!! Drinks taste better than other Starbucks in my opinion.

This location is the absolute best. Every morning I go in the employees greet me with a smile and good morning. My coffee is always ready when I get there and always taste amazing. Such a great way to start my work day. I will continue to go out of my way for this great customer service 🙂

Literally the cleanest starbucks I’ve been too! I’m always reluctant to use the bathroom while I’m studying at any Starbucks because their usually so disgusting but this one was extremely clean! I just wish they had paper towel so you could grab the door handle because obviously I doubt the employees grab it with their shirt like myself meaning they’re going right back to work with contaminated hands even if they wash (from grabing the door handle) but other than that, I have no complaints- this will be my new go to spot! Everyone is so friendly nomatter how busy they are the minute you walk in (even for a pick up order) they’re greeting you saying “Good Morning or Welcome in or Have a nice day Thanks for coming in!”

This is one of my favorite locations. Some of the workers are nice but seems like that change staff bi weekly. Overall they make sure your drink is to your satisfaction.

Idk what happened but like ever since November 2022 this Starbucks has been one of the best. I would go in sometimes wait for my drink and it just always felt so tense, now it feels like a welcoming environment AND They're quick, clean, efficient, personable, courteous, and kind. Best Starbucks in the city.

I literally come to this Starbuck 5 days a week minimum. I have to shout out a guy named Corey! He is always professional and has a great personality. He is consistent too and he definitely help with the start of my day. It is hard to find someone who seem to be totally present and care. Finding good service anywhere is rare in this day, to find GREAT service is a blessing. Corey is a blessing! He should be acknowledged. His kindness will not go unrewarded.

Tasty, great staff, and despite it being so busy when you go inside you can really see how hard they work. It blew my mind when I saw it (I normally don't go inside).

MANAGEMENT: The only gripe I would say is the workers here need a person or two more so they can have more help especially on a Friday. My service was speedy, but I can't imagine how stressful it gets for them.

This location is amazing, Corey and Tris were my normal morning barista's and are exceptional at their jobs. I haven't seen them for a week or so, but the service has stayed amazing. Definitely my favorite location, I love that if you are a regular they remember your voice and drink.

I've been here a couple of times and it's been a great experience. They have my drink ready, there's hardly a wait (and I go between 8am and 930am), and the customer service is amazing. The people are always so polite! I'll be going to this one instead of the one in Canal from now on!

I love my starbucks location. They're always super nice and have wonderful customer service.
Today I went to get me a caramel frappuccino, ended up ordering a cheese Danish and banana bread. My.sis forgot to give me my bank card. All I had was my cash app card on me. My total came to 11.85. Come to find out my.cash app only had 10.00 on it. I asked if he could just take the banana bread off. He gave me my.card back. Handed me my drink and both bake goods. I said, but I didn't pay for it. He said, don't worry about it, it's on me. Whoever he is, he has blond hair and glasses. Thank you for blessing me. I pray God blesses you double. <3

First off I want to say, I’ve never been to this one but want to say this Starbucks just opened meaning new people, new way of learning. Don’t get so frustrated on waiting. I know we all have places to be but if you can’t plan to be late don’t go. Be nice spread peace love and positivity. No need to be rude! Thanks for the employees trying their hardest 💕

All the employees are so friendly and helpful. I usually get a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe with extra espresso. I wanted something hot so the batista helped me pick get crem' Brule <3

Zander was the best and made everyone in the car smile when we came through the drive through. Funniest guy ever and the drinks were great + pretty. 11/10 would recommend
