Tom Thumb

Jaime in floral is such an asset to Tom Thumb! When I asked for his help to create a Mother's Day arrangement he was pleasant ans ready to assist. I was indecisive on exactly what I wanted and changed my mind on the vase a couple of times before I decided on a tea pot and he wasn't bothered. I asked questions and he answered pleasantly and talked to me as he was cutting the stems. I have never used the floral department before, I usually cut and arrange the flowers myself at home, but from now on I will ask Jaime for help. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

These four individuals went above to make sure I was taken care of!! I would like to thank each of them.

*Rosa and another young lady whose name I did not get. Thank you for taking care of the cupcakes I needed at the last minute for my grandsons birthday.

*Mangers Fred and Victor. Who took care of an item that wasn't in stock! From the time I realized the item wasn't in stock to the time I check out.

Much smaller than most stores, but it has a.full bakery, meat market and pretty much what you want. The layout is also very nice

The pharmacy at this Kroger has a phenomenal team behind the counter. I went in shortly after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday and the store was pretty busy. However I had picked up a prescription and I was out the door in no less than 3 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone needing a prescription to go to this Kroger's in Dallas Texas if you're in Dallas go to the one on Capitol avenue you will not be disappointed. I should say however that you do need to put in your prescription ahead of time and wait for them to send you a text message let me know that it's ready to be picked up. You do that and you'll be in and out in no time.

Love, love this store. Plenty of parking. No crowds. Always have a great selection of organic, gluten free and other healthy food but still have choices for what kids like, muffins, studded, etc. Staff is always friendly and the store is so clean. I do wish they carried better meat quality such as grass fed beef in the meat counter. If you could expand it and make it more premium I wouldn't have to drive over to Central Market for their meat counter, please.

This particular store has the best customer service I've seen in awhile. I thought the cashier guy was the store owner the way he tried to help everyone.

I love this store, definitely has a neighborhood feel! It is a smaller Tom Thumb, but they have everything I buy on the regular. Great customer service!

It's been a while since I've been to the Original Tom Thumb store,I like this format than the large scale store, Loved the interior,

I like there deli department people very nice, food looks good, taste good, smells good, enough said, love it.

This is a lovely new grocery store, nice soft lighting, always well-stocked. The manager and employees I've interacted with have all been very nice and helpful. The only (very minor) downside is that the store is a little smaller than some other locations, so some items may have fewer brands to choose from. Love this addition to the neighborhood!

This location is a smaller store and doesn't have as much variety than the larger stores but it's a great little store. It is super convenient since it is right down the road from my house. I do a lot of shopping here. Very nice and clean and the employees are always so warm and welcoming. Customer service is top notch here as well. Herman is one of my favs. He always has a great story to tell while I'm checking out. Love this little Tom Thumb store.

Store is smaller than my local Tom Thumb but the shelves were fully stocked and produce looked really fresh. They had a wonderful selection of meats/seafood at the butcher counter!

Great place! Smaller store, so you wont find a lot of the "store brand" items that you'll find at other Tom Thumb stores, but they more than make up for it with their service. If more than two or three people are standing in line waiting to be checked out, you'll see the baggers promptly hop over to a new lane and open a register to get customers through.

I've been here on a Friday evening and a Saturday morning, and I have never stood in line more than a minute or two. Plus, everyone seem to know where all the products are. Even the poultry counter guy was helpful and told me right where to find certain things.

I drive all the way from ennis to get my cakes from here! The bakery lady is awesome and I have 6 kids and i always needing cakes and she always does the damn thing! From the decoration to the taste!!! She definitely needs her own bakery!!!

Clean, friendly, nice selection of products. Overall a nice grocery store

It has the basic which I like. Not a million choices when it comes to the products cause of the size of the store. I also like the uniqueness of the place, It’s cool the aisles are names of the streets in the area.

Small and convenient store. Love the setup and organization of the store. Definitely satisfies my OCD. I do wish they had more in stock though. Many of their items on sale tend to run out fast.
