I went into the GameStop in Lyndhurst to buy the New Xbox generation and Craig who was working couldn’t have helped me more. A great employee with an even better attitude. I will ensure that I come back to the GameStop in Lyndhurst to do business because of employees like that. He couldn’t have been more respectful and cooperative.

Knowledgeable, clean store, polite. I'm the guy that goes in there every several months, looks around, and buys something like 3x in a decade. They always treat me w respect.

First time at this particular GameStop but long time member. I got to say the gentleman working today. I believe his name was Craig. Wow! Amazing knowledge on a headsets. Give me some up-to-date info regarding a new game I want to pick up as well as replacing my old headset gave phenomenal information. Great advice of what a phenomenal guy I got to say in retail. This is the kind of employee you need! Keep up the great work boss. I'll be back to that game!

One store in Lyndhurst. Manager very helpful but didn't have what I wanted. Told me to check store in Garden State Plaza in Paramus. Also didn't have what I wanted. Other choices were very expensive so I didn't make a purchase. Employee was also very helpful. Thanks to both.

This was the best service of GameStop I’ve ever had, super cool and caring workers without a doubt. Gabby and I believe his name is Craig that was there aswell, they gave me the time and helped me out when there was multiple customers. While craig was working with the other customers, gabby was helping me figure out my situation and really did the best she can and now I can game without any problems because of her. This is my go to GameStop now!!!!

Wow! This place was really busy! I know that Christmas is approaching fast, but we had a lot going on in this spot! I got the last Switch in stock and a guy named Josh helped me. He knew a lot and he took the time to understand my situation. I really appreciate it. The Switch works great and I have had a lot of fun with my family because of it. So, I'll go back there for other games and for some accessories. This place has a lot more than just games.

The guys working here know what they’re talking about and spent so much time helping us pick a game to play. Beautifully organized store too. Will be back!

Yo tell the guy Craig there he’s awesome. Asked for a 360 remote gave me an honest answer and a place where I could find one. He was very detailed with his recommendation as well and appreciate bro a hell of a lot. If you see this Craig you the man ❤💪

I've been going to this GameStop for years now, and whenever I get Craig as my helper I leave the store with a smile. He is so friendly and outgoing, always going the extra mile to save me money and get me the best deals possible. And you can really tell he loves coming into work everyday. Truly outstanding employee.

If the manager is reading this, give the man a raise! He deserves it!

I had a great experience here the first time I went, so I decided to come here again. The staff was very attentive to my needs and that of the other customers, and they were very knowledgeable about games and consoles. They were always on top of things and were constantly on the job. They were very polite and efficient, and the games were even organized in alphabetical order! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I recommend this store wholeheartedly.

Craig is the superior GameStop employee without doubt. I’ve gone to this place so many times It’s like I know the guy. He’s always helping me out and giving me discounts based on what I normally get. Overall awesome. Great GameStop if the right guys are working there

They are really friendly here at this GameStop. I try to catch Pokémon cards here when in stock for my deck building and collection. Went in once and they did not have any stock, had a nice conversation with the gentleman working there about cards and stuff and then he hooked me up with a promo card. Definitely coming back here to spend money.

The store is very well located.
We can find parking very easy. The staff are very good. And the manager speaks English and Portuguese. If you are visiting and only speak Portuguese and would like to buy games or electronics, and only speak Portuguese, I advise you to go to the Game Stop in Lyndhurst. You will like it!

The staff in this type of place is the key to a good store or a bad store. Since they are a chain, they all have the same stuff. What sets them apart from the others are the people that work there. The staff here are all extremely friendly and enjoy what they do! Pleasure to shop here. They are very knowledgeable and helped me with a purchase. Will return to this location in the future.

Very nice staff

It feels weird writing a review for a GameStop as they seem to be a dime a dozen, but I can't help but write a wonderful review for this place. I was desperately searching all the GS in the area looking for a Nintendo Switch the day before release and all of them gave me multiple stories, with employees who barely answered my question on the phone.

However when I called this GS, Mike answered the phone and was incredibly pleasant and cordial. He let me know that there was one person in line, but they had a few extras so if I got there I should be ok. I ended up only waiting in line for about an hour before they gave us pre-orders and let us go home early and told us to just come back at midnight. So instead of waiting for 9 hours like I expected, I waited one hour. Amazing store, really great employees.

I went after lunch it was quiet , clean and organized employee was super friendly and assisted us with what we were looking for , great customer service deserves a 5+ stars .
