Lowe's Home Improvement

I use Lowe's for many of my personal as well as business hardware and interior needs. Within the busy holiday season, I was very impressed with the courtesy and attention of their associate this weekend, Phil, at the self-checkout line. He was eager to assist us and it was nice to be able to have the engagement with him (full disclosure, not a fan of seeing any employees replaced by tech, and hoping that Lowe's will continue to respect and value its human workforce, especially people like Phil!).

It’s our first time in Lowe’s store.
We were assisted by “Joe” the moment he saw us & he never went away our sight until we found what we wanted. He even assisted us in checking out at his nearby cash register.
Next visit, we went to a customer service section to asked for an assistance in ordering something we found on line. Unfortunately after checking their website, the rep said, that the item is only available on line & that she couldn’t help us.
We felt she didn’t really exert all possibilities.

Instead of going home empty handed, we went inside the store & looked for Joe, & guess what, Joe was able to help us purchased the on-line item while we were at the store! Joe went above & beyond!
Him & Carlos the store manager were a great example of good customer service!
We APPRECIATE JOE a lot!
In my opinion, Joe deserves to be promoted someday to become a manager🤞

Love this place generally. Had a hiccup with a return. I didn’t have the receipt but I put my phone number in at the register which they suggest will make a return seamless. Well let’s just say that didn’t happen. As sophisticated as our computing has evolved to they couldn’t help, even with the phone number. I used the phone a friend option and had a picture taken and texted to me. That seemed to do the trick. The staff was just following orders. I suggest empowering employees to make simple decisions especially if you’re just trying to replace the item with the correct size.

Got our fridge stove and.microwave, a great deal and good staff

Like any mother of a teenager that still wants Christmas we are trying to determine if it's real or faux for the Tree and Iets just say the select was reasonable and they are not the skimpy trees we had back when I was a child. Very reasonable price and many on sale. I think we found our new Seasonal favorite but we have until next week to decide. Here are just a few options. But many others available and in stock.

Very good customer service at this location- I wish they were closer to me 😁. I've been to this Lowes multiple times now and the staff have been friendly and eager to help everytime so I rate here 5 stars!!

Anthony at the paint department went above and beyond to help my husband and I to find the perfect paint. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave us amazing advice on which paint to use extremely helpful and honest. Give Anthony a raise because you don’t find workers like that often

Update. Qushawn as well in the paint department is extremely kind and helpful. It got to the point where i went in a few times and he now knows who i am. Very sweet young man

I love this outlet of Lowe's. All the sales reps I've spoken too have been very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable, and are able to advise about home improvement and tools to a non professional like me without it going over my head.

Raphael, Desiree and Jessie are exceptional employees. We had a very difficult experience this morning but thanks to these three employees we were able to complete our large purchase today. The three employees mentioned are very accommodating friendly and helpful. Look for them when you go in.

Very clean. Very organized. They had all the Christmas decorations out so you can actually see what it looks like. I was amazed. Never been there before. Definitely coming back

I visited the garden center. Although it is not planting season they had many of the supplies I was looking for. The selection of succulents was adequate. The selection of pots was large. The garden center associate was very helpful. I found great deals in the plant clearance section. I am a huge fan of trying to rescue plants in distress so this was enjoyable for me.

Great lighting accessories, great personnel very knowledgeable. Easy to find items, great Cobalt DaVinci Flashlight, 2,000 lumens and it also can charge your cell phone very bright flashlight rechargable.

Very clean and organized home improvement shop. Eleen in the outdoor section was veryful helpful in selecting the proper grill for the amount of cooking we were going to be doing. Even suggesting which woodchips burning with the charcoal would leave a certain distinct taste on the food cooked on the grill. The crew in the curtain section wereful helpful as well. The cashier was pleasant and even informed us of the coupon that printed the next time my wife and I come back. Thank you.

Lowes is my go-to store for all things home improvement. The wide selection, affordable prices, and helpful staff make every project a breeze. From garden upgrades to kitchen renovations, Lowes has it all.

Lowe's is always my go to for any home improvements. Looking for a washing machine currently and think we found one! Great price too!!

There is always someone you can ask for help. I found a few items cheaper than Home Depot.

I have to say the returns experience has improved 1000 percent. I remember the days I used to have to stand in line for a good hour to return something, especially if I misplaced my receipt. Now they can locate and return items in an instant. In and out. Love that kind of service.

My wife and I arrived at the store this afternoon shopping for some floor tiles. We stopped to look at the ceiling fans because the store was having a good sale on them. There was a discrepancy with the pricing on the one fan that we were interested in, so we looked for an employee to confirm the actual price. We met Pasquale from the electrical department. Pasquale was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. He discussed the issue with his supervisor regarding the pricing issue, and the manager honored the lower price that was advertised. Pasquale answered all our questions, and he also provided some great lighting ideas. The exceptional service provided by Pasquale was so good that we purchased four ceiling fans.

After getting the ceiling fans, we went to the flooring department to check the tiles. While looking at all the different selections, we met Adem from flooring. Adem was also very helpful answering all our flooring questions. He showed us different types of flooring to help us stay within our spending budget, and he also made some useful suggestions. We will be back later tonight or tomorrow to buy the flooring.

I have been looking in Lowes for a sample of paint to see how it will look for about 2 months in Brooklyn but I could not get it only the gallon was available, so while we in NJ I mentioned to my husband that we check Lowes over Here we took a chance now am so happy I did we asked the gentleman if we could get a sample he said sure now we can see how it will look before we go and purchase that gallon.

This Lowe's has always been my favorite home improvement store to go to. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I can always find what I'm looking for. Every shelf is well stoked.
