BJ's Wholesale Club

After shopping, I stopped at the gas station to fill up my truck. I’ve been to the gas station a few times, but I never paid too much attention regarding the pricing. Everyone obviously knows that the gas prices there are cheaper than the surrounding gas stations. However, BJs also offers special pricing for their credit card members. Marvin was my gas attendant. He was excellent explaining how the pricing system works. He was very polite, patient and respectful. Shout out to Marvin for doing a great job!

There is parking, so plan your trip accordingly.

Be aware and careful of which membership card to get and of using the card.

Also they are checking each item in the cart... So it’s good that they are checking the cart properly.

When are done shopping, please take the cart back to the designated area.

I like this location. Very busy, even on a weekday morning, but I went through self checkout with ease. Staff was readily available when I needed help. I was greeted upon entering and waited only a few minutes to get my membership card at the customer service counter. Lots of sale items and name brand clothing. I got jeggings for $15 and a cute dress for $9. They also carry plus size. The store has a huge liquor section which I wasn't expecting. I probably wouldn't go on a weekend or holiday season because I don't like crazy crowds lol. But I had a pleasant first visit.

Great BJ's, has a dunkin donuts inside. Friendly salesmen around the corner of the entrance. I usually ignore them because they're trying to sell me something but I'm curious to know if their cold approaches work. Friendly staff too.

Very nice pls, But in the drinks area it is very neglected, everything is full of dust

Since the pandemic I've only ordered online from BJ's. I came back to my store in East Rutherford, NJ and everything was remodeled. The store is more beautiful inside and out then before. Handicap parking is now in the very front as it should be. The service was quick and great. The service staff members are wonderful and so helpful. Great job everyone!

This 5 star review is for Hunter that works for AT&T who does promoting for AT&T in this store. HUNTER IS AWESOME! I went there to buy laminating paper. I couldn't find it because it wasn't in the correct spot. He tried to help me look for it and suggested that I go to the Customer Service Manager. I have had no luck with her in the past and so I left my cart there and planned on leaving the store. I wandered around and was standing in the candy aisle and when I turned around there was Hunter with the laminating paper I was looking for! Not only did he take the time to go back and look for the paper, but he took the time to search for me in the store to get me the paper. I WAS SO GRATEFUL! If my husband didn't work for Verizon I would so be switching to AT&T right now! :)

Great variety of product at great price. You can get also alcohol beverage at a fair price.

I went in to purchase a TV. And I asked the lady who worked there I want to buy the best TV. As soon as I said that her co worked assisted and gave me a lesson on all the different types. This was by far the best TV buying experience I ever had. Thank you so much for all your help there. I will continue to keep shopping there.

Bought tires at BJs. Got a flat 2 hours from home. Stopped in here. Tire center was helpful and quick. Patched my tire in 30 minutes and had me back on the road.

Very large BJs, with liquor, wine and beer sold at great prices. They could use more hands at the self checkout. Lots of problems arise at self checkout and just having one person to manage it and solve problems slows everyone down. Otherwise, it's a wonderful location right off Route 17, and very easy to get to from Route 80 or the Turnpike.

They've done a whole renovation and it's produce area is now very nicely remodeled.
Isles are wide to move around without a hassle.
They carry liquors and alcoholic beverages too while the other store on route 17 in Paramus doesn't.

Was just there on Wednesday 6 pm August 12, and I received the best customer service by two young guys that changed my tires in my daughters car. Very nice , polite and fast

Awesome wholesale place, particularly finest scotch whisky, liquor & great selection of wines and prices are few dollars cheaper than Costco. Even though I am not the member of BJ Club I use my friends membership and I let my friends use my Costco membership.

I had a great experience, i purchased a wireless speaker and didn't have no space in my car and I didn't want to lose the sale on the speaker, they were able too hold the speaker until the next day for me, I was really appreciative. They were great. Thank you guy's

Very busy store with busy staff, But they go out of their way to make sure you get the best service possible. People complain That the store is always busy.... is that sheer luck? No it really is a great store. With a great AND VERY BUSY STAFF.
