AT&T Store

I went to the Lyndhurst AT&T store to see what I could do to switch my service from my current carrier. The employee,s were very friendly and helpful. I had a specific question about the service and the manager Jon came over and spent the time to explain everything in detail to me. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience I had. Because of those employees and Jon I will definitely be switching my services. Thank you for your honesty and great advice.

I love the Lyndhurst store. Been coming here for years. I been working with Jon since he became manager. Won't go anywhere else. He goes above and beyond for me. AT&T should be so lucky to have working him work here.

John was very helpful and worked with me until my phone was up and running. Offered helpful options to feel secure with my new phone. I will come back to this store if I have any issues with my phone because I know I will receive great customer service.

My wife and I needed new phones , and Jon answered all my questions and set us up with a new phone, and transferred all our contracts and photos. Thanks, Jon, for all your help

My experience here was great! Both Tim and John got me less money on my bill with more products in my hand just in time for the Holidays! They really went out of their way to help me and save me a lot of money. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will continue to drive 40mins away just to come to this store in Lyndhurst.

Very professional customer service person.
Solved the problem of my sim card in a few minutes.
While the other customer service location at Garfield was not able to help at all, and after several times they even asked me in a nonprofissional way to go to Samsung mobile dealer to fix my new S21 Galaxy phone as a damaged phone..... although I confirm to them that the problem was with the Sim card !!!???

Jon is very helpful, and he explains everything. I am so glad that I switched from another AT&T location! I will only go to the Lyndhurst store! Great service. My husband purchased a new phone and Jon also helped me with a screen saver replacement!

I’ve had the best experience dealing with John. He has been the most helpful, patient and most kind employee at any At&t store that I’ve ever dealt with. He has taken care of so many issues with corporate for me. The time that he has spent and follow up is unbelievable. I can’t say enough. You don’t find many loyal and caring employees like this. Right from when I walked in this store it was a positive experience. The rep John greeted me and was very professional. He set me up with a service transfer with the same number from my old provider and was able to get me the same iPhone 7 that I had previously had. He also hooked it up with this awesome cleaning tech spray. I was out of there within an hour and the process was very pain free and service professional.

Came here switching from T-Mobile. Orlando was there and helped me with the whole transaction. He was super super nice which I was very pleased with. He made switching really simple and even helped me transfer my info from my old Samsung. I’d recommend coming here and talking with Orlando he takes his time and doesn’t rush his customers.

One of the only AT&T stores in the area with someone who's trustworthy and knowledgeable. Jon time and time again has helped my wife and I with upgrades and numerous additional services at this location. His customer service skills and patience go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone in the area who has AT&T to come here and have Jon help you. He's an asset to the company and all locations need to be like this one.

Jon and Kemmy were incredible. They helped me get out of my old phone and into a new phone while paying the same price. I love my local NJ store and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a AT&T store they can trust. I will always return to them.

Lyndhurst NJ was excellent! Abdul, the salesman, went above and beyond. I am a senior citizen and needed guidance. He walked me through everything I needed to know. Because of Abdul, I switched from Verizon, that I had for many years, to AT&T.

I've been going to the store manager Jon since he was in Kearny. He has always helped me with my bill and service. He has a new staff that has been trained very well. I continue to go to him because he makes me feel like family.

I spent a while in the store because I wanted to upgrade to the new iphone but I had forgotten my password to my icloud. The staff was patient and kind enough to reset my password and educate me how to reset After the transfer was done. They made the whole experience simple and easy to understand THANK YOU!!

This week I went to the AT&T store in Lyndhurst NJ. The 3 guys were very kind and the manager was very honest and printed out the deal they were going to give me. After talking to my family we switched from Verizon and it was painless. I've have been looking to switch to AT&T for a while, but all the other stores I been to just left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend the AT&T store in Lyndhurst and I also recommend to stay clear from the Rt 3 store in Clifton NJ.

Excellent customer service. Anthony helped me upgrade 2 lines. He answered all my questions and even responded to an after hours text regarding one of the new phones. He called us and made sure we were set up with the new phones. I have never had such great service!

Isabella at this store is WONDERFUL!! I’m not from the area, just stopping by to ask a couple questions about a new phone. She was very friendly and inviting. She made me feel safe about visiting a location I am not familiar with in these uncertain times. 10 out of 10 recommend this store and Isabella in specific. She is an absolute doll. Thank you all!
