Matt was so helpful and courteous. He talked us thru all our changes and gave us the best options. I am extremely happy with everything.

I went in today freaking out about my phone being locked out. (Apple) wade and the other guy with long hair sorry I don’t remember his name but they were quick to assist me and helped me get everything figured out. Thank you gentlemen very much!!

Ask for Wade he was so helpful and did everything he could to get us out new phones. He by far is my favorite @ the AT&T store on azle tx

Had a great and patient visit with Matthew, I believe, to get everything sorted out with an upgraded phone and plan. Good store with good employees.

Both visits on Sunday 11 June and Wednesday 14 June. We came in the get help with several issues on brand new devices(4) no wait time for us. Jacob and Tyler were awesome. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, very polite. I’ve had the same family(call) plan for years, they got me into a bit less expensive plan with all 4 devices, and saved us money on 2 more devices. Very good service, was very pleased, thank you both for your help. It’s nice to be able to get help when it’s needed. Thank y’all so much😊

My experience with David was a dream! He helped in so many ways and showed true human empathy for our issues and corrected them quickly!

Chris knows his business he’s the only person I go to when I get into trouble I don’t know what I’m doing.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and I believe that they genuinely do their best to help the customer in whatever way they are able. Most people don’t go to their cell phone provider, retail stores that often but I frequently stop by, if not to add a line or finance a device, sometimes just find out what’s going on with new promotions or changes to the wireless service. Most of the time I come in to get their opinions on new phones or cellular technology. I’ve had several cell phone providers over the years, and I’ve been with AT&T the longest and I have been into countless retail stores. I’m not advocating for AT&T because all of if not every experience I’ve had in a retail store has been poor except at this specific location. The employees that work there are probably the only reason I’m still with AT&T. You guys are awesome. The only thing this place is missing is a pay raise and a beer, cause y’all deserve it. Noah, you rock man.

I walked into the store with an upgrade question and phone availability question. I waited less than 2 minutes for a rep to greet me and another 2 minutes for him to assist me. After discussing several phone options, upgrade options I made my decision. I was very happy with the level of customer service and Joshua's knowledge that the store representative had. He was not pushy nor was he trying to upsell me. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend using this franchise AT&T store.

Noah was so great. I came in for a screen protector replacement and he helped me understand how to register my product and receive FREE replacements. He as well helped me with another protector to protect my phone until my replacement comes in.He was so helpful and had great customer service. I felt the need to write this review because excellent customer service isn’t so common these days and I was very impressed. He also helped me pick out a new case for my phone and was very patient until I made my decision and even taught me how to use Apple Pay! Thank you Noah!

We showed up about 15 minutes before closing. We apologized profusely for coming in so close to closing time but the customer service reps assured us that it was fine. They were friendly, funny and professional. They went above and beyond to help us. It was a great experience! Billy and Noah thank you so much! I came in on 7/25/19 both employees, Billy and Noah greeted me with smiles! That's always nice to see in a retail business. Billy was my customer care provider and I have to say he exceeded expectations. He was very friendly and helpful. Billy answered all of my questions and guided me through a pretty intense process. He was VERY patient (clock was ticking closer to closing) Billy remained calm and kind. I would highly recommend using this store to buy a phone again. I am definitely referring friends and family!!! Thank you Billy for such a pleasurable experience with something that can be so very frustrating.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. No pressure and presented good deals. Actually a joy to deal with. Went back a week later with Bluetooth hearing aid problems connecting. He troubleshoot it logically explaining each step. Found out my hearing aids needed a update to work with the new Pixal 6.

Can someone please give this guy ,Bryant, a raise?!? He made our experience at the Azle location, AWESOME! Any questions that we had, he knew the answer to and was able to explain it to us without any confusion. I would definitely recommend The Azle AT&T location to ….ANYONE and EVERYONE! 11 out of 10, hands down! 😉

Carlos was so helpful and patient. He helped me set up new phone and Iwatch. I could not have done it without his help! Thanks again Carlos you are a big asset to AT&T! Make him manager somewhere. BTW
While I was there everyone in that store were so respectful and polite. Lots of older customers (like me) that don’t understand a lot of technology cane in and all the employees there today and yesterday were so helpful and kind!!

Recently had my phone taken so needed help with getting a new one. Noah was extremely helpful and set me up with a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed done and has great customer service. Definitely a great and speedy experience! :)

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Especially Josh B. who worked with me! Josh has an excellent work ethic; he went above and beyond what I would consider normal job duties to help me get the phone & accessories I wanted. This turned into a few days to complete, but Josh B, Chance and the other Josh made the time go by smoothly; we even had some great laughs thru the whole process. Thanks guys!

Went in today to get a new phone and was helped by the most amazing and helpful young man. Noah made our experience the best we’ve ever had with upgrading our phone! Quick and painless!
