Customer service was excellent in getting me to Angie on the phone. I needed advice on how to dilute a herbicide into a gallon sprayer. She quickly got the information for me. I wrote it on the bottle this time. 😉

This is our go-to place for anything that relates to our outdoor needs for our yard & garden. Great service, lots of employees that want to help. Love each & every visit.

The employees seem to be happy to work here. This means that they are quite nice to us customers. They also often come up and ask if I need to find anything. My dogs love the femur bones that are at the front and frozen!

Customer Service was quick and resolved my mystery:) She walked out on the floor and made sure my exchange was picked correctly

I called needing expertise and advice on how to treat the field in the back of my property. The IFA staff and Parker specifically was phenomenal. They didn’t push product on me that I didn’t need and gave me excellent advice and direction. Very impressed!

I brought in a plant I had purchased here for identification purposes, two office employees were eager, to be helping. I'm pretty certain the i.d. tag was present when I brought home originally.

They have a cooler at the front of the store with 'Peace' canned tea I'm liking alot, in the sno-berry flavor. Since discovering I bought three times in a row.

The front register staff have no authority, having to call manager for basics. I returned a garden tool with packaging and receipt after two days. His approval was quick and pleasant, the wait feels odd.

Weeks ago I purchased over one dozen of their half-price plants that were not guaranteed, some looked sad.

The shopping experience was fun.

One Pacific Giant Delphinium could not recover and the other is still desperately struggling. One large Anemone (Wild Swan) died and Fancy Pocahontas stiIl struggles.

I will attach photos of other plants purchased here that are thriving beautifully. So beautifully: two varieties of Heuchera , two varieties of Hosta, Sweet William, two Four O'clocks, Hopi Blanket, Sweet William, Gold Barberry Bush, Spire Ornamental Pear Tree (learned, after purchasing, this tree is a problem invasive in the United States).

They have some of everything, great place to get stuff for your pet's!

Best place to get your cowboy on! I bought some Rockin shirts here. I'm a huge fan of the Carhartt brand and they had a nice selection of both t-shirts and short sleeves. Could use some more Stetson hats though.

I like going into this store. Has what I need so far. Customer care is wonderful.

Purchased a new smoker and everyone was awesome. We got the floor display and when we got home the manual and stuff was not inside so we called the store and spoke with Nick, he had someone bring everything out to our house for us. That is great customer service.

The customer service was amazing they didn't have my boot size, and they were able to track The Is right Size. Get it the next day. All I have are good things to say about the workers. At IFA country store On twelfth street in ogden utah😘😘

Cool place, so helpful I found everything I needed.

I just went in to IFA this morning to get some compost for my garden this year. Both cashier ladies were attentive and courteous. One looked up the kinds of compost they had and their prices. I was guided to another employee named Jacob, who talked to me about the details of the compost and that it is good to till and then give the compost time to air out before planting. I hadn't ever heard that before. Thank you IFA employees for handling everything as a team! Great experience! I will be back!

Great customer service. We came for chick feed and I’m excited to see the variety of chicks they had. My daughter loved petting the geese.

I had to return two items and my receipt was damaged. Lisa was so sweet and friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my return. She is amazing and I will definitely continue shopping at IFA! Props to friendly customer services!

Great selection and prices. Surprisingly, it is a store you can buy everything from shoes to pet food to trees and bushes. Everything is of great quality and good brands. Prefer to get dog food here over other places.
