Stephanie at the Pharmacy just made my day. She bent over backwards to help me with the prescription order when I was going out of town. Things were kind of complicated in that I had switched doctors and yet she had no problem going above and beyond trying to contact my doctor for me and help me out when I needed my prescription filled last minute! She offered to help me with out me having to ask. ❤🥰 I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, and in a world where Customer Service can be rare, she is a bright shining star! I have always been very happy with the service at this store, especially at the pharmacy but also the workers in the store have always been helpful and friendly. I appreciate this much!

Taylor the cashier was soooo pleasant. She is an asset to your team. You can always tell when someone doesn't like their job. Everything she did was right, and refreshing. Keep her.

The staff at this pharmacy are so awesome. They work very hard to care for their patients' well being. The pharmacists are so helpful and caring I have never experienced such caring at any other pharmacy. My hat goes off to them. Thumbs up guys!!! I don't care what people say this pharmacy is the best in Oroville. They're all good people and care very much for their patients' well being.

CVS staff is caring and friendly. They are so observant of what meds may be harmful to me in conjunction with my other meds. They inform me and contact my Dr. It is a pleasure doing business with them

I've been using this pharmacy since it opened at this location. It has been dependable and accurate for my whole family. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My daughter once had skin irritation that this pharmacist was able to help treat with over the counter meds when multiple doctors had been unsuccessful at treating it. He helped me realize it was a reaction to a food in her diet. I would recommend this pharmacy to others.

I was shocked to see such a low score for Oroville CVS. I LOVE this place. I've had nothing but kind, polite employees. Been getting my meds there since they were in the old Longs location. This last trip however, actually stunned me. I'm pretty sick right now. I had like 4 meds to pick up. One of them, my cost was over $200! :o ouch... The pharmacy manager was working, and she and the consultant person worked looking for coupons for to try and lower the cost. No such luck. Then, found a substitute, called my doctor and asked it was okay to use that instead. That took my cost (after insurance of course) from like $215 to $10. Yea! Now that, I consider excellent customer service. I didn't ask them to do any of it, they just did even though they were busy. I highly recommend this pharmacy! :)

They are doing a great job at stocking their shelves. For over a year they had very little makeup, due to theft, but they have heard our complaints and are stocked.

Had to switch from Walgreens after 17+ uears due to insurance and had always avoided CVS.
Glad I was forced to switch. The folks at our CVS (Oroville, CA) are beyond friendly, super understanding and you might have a bit of a wait, but it's worth it.

I really like CVS in Oroville they've gone out of their way to make sure I get what I need even when it's my doctor's office it's made the mess up they still get it right always, greet you and answer your questions even when they're busy which is not very often I would also like to mention that CVS has taken a lot of people from the paradise Fire as well as the recent Berry Creek fire, they do their very best it's just they get swapped with people some of who don't even have enough sense to have their driver's licence out out ready to go.

The cashier shes super helpful and kind, store well stock and clean.

I can find everything I need here. Clean, nice helpful employees. I enjoy shopping here.
