Walgreens

I'm a Paradise resident. Picture the time and the day of the week---3 pm on a Monday. I was greeted by the head clerk when I entered the store. First time in here in years because my insurance carrier redirected me to Walgreens. Admittedly a bit apprehensive as I approach the pharmacy counter because of some of the reviews I had read. One person in line, and he's being attended to in an efficent manner. A young lady calls me to another window, and she is quite pleasant. Asks me my name and "would you kindly enter your phone number?" I do so and discover my old number from before the Camp Fire is on record. The clerk quickly secures my prescription and handles the transaction with delicacy and courtesy. Top marks in every department, and I look forward to returning.

Great staff! Pharmacy staff are compassionate and on top of their game! Way better than the Rite Aid pharmacy on the ridge. Glad I made the switch.

I think this place is terrific. I can get what I need, pick up my photos and grab a snack. When I'm ready to leave, stop at their Redbox and grab a movie. The people who work here are wonderful.

Glad to see that at least the staff wears face coverings to protect us from covid-19.
