FIORE Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars

Rachel was extremely helpful and she was remarkably patient with my scattered excitement about buying olive oils and jams for my girlfriend:) One of my best store experiences to date!

This is definitely a “Kid in a Candy Store” experience. First time here and let’s just say, the staff is welcoming and helpful. They kindly let us sample many of the products on the shelves plus I think we sampled almost all the olive oils and balsamic vinegars. So MANY delicious flavors it really is hard to choose. We ended up picking up a dozen bottles of oils and vinegars, which they kindly put in a box for us so the bottles were protected. Then we picked up a couple of bottles of pesto which we sampled from little spoons and OMG, it is so good I wish we had picked up six more. (Seriously, we made pasta almost as soon as we got home to have some of this pesto and I’m surprised we didn’t get into a fist fight over it.) BUT, do not overlook their pistachio cream or the heavenly hazelnut praline paste which is so amazingly good, you have to stop yourself from sitting down with the jar and a spoon and just scarfing it down. We grabbed some other high quality bits and pieces because everything was really quite wonderful and the entire visit was very relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you ladies for a lovely morning and we’ll see you again in the fall.

Go and sample a wide variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Many fruit infused blends with very natural tasting flavors. The pomegranate balsamic is a personal favorite. Spice up your salad or marinade. I stock up every year and make amazing gifts.

This place is awesome! We walked in not knowing a thing about olive oil and the man working yesterday was so knowledgeable, informative, and kind! We used the new oil to make dinner and it was so good! We’ll never buy store bought again. Thanks!

I bought the blueberry, it tasted delicious, what can i use it for?? I tried it with friut and feta, very nice. Any other ideas
