The new manager Jonathan have been very understanding and professional. Is helping us with a previous issue. Definitely recommend for his fine customer service. 👍

After an abysmal experience with Xfinity both over the phone and in person at the store, Steve at the Merriam Ave Leominster AT and T store was a savior. He treated every customer equally with respect and was able to make everyone feel helped in a timely manner. My situation was a challenge and he went above and beyond to fix it, requiring some ingenuity and I sincerely hope he gets a raise because he should be running the company.

Tony G. Is a extremely kind & patient sales person. He is great at multi tasking and very sensitive to helping older customers. It was a very relaxing atmosphere because he didn’t make me feel rushed. He has a great sense of humor too! I will definitely return to this store and will highly recommend this AT&T store to my family and friends.

Had the best overall experience with Bryan today. Came in for new phone and he spent unlimited time explaining everything so that I understood it all. He was so professional and educated about his company and all its products. He went about his business with integrity and humor and knowledge. I came into the store today to upgrade my daughter's phone. Bryan was simply the best experience I have ever had in a phone upgrade experience. He will not only help you get what you want, he will search for deals to get you the best deal ever! We walked out with a new phone and 3 watches for the same amount monthly... and better data!! I highly recommend you go see him, he will take care of you!!

Bryan was super helpful and friendly. I got my new phone quickly and without any issues. He even helped by looking through all options to save me some money, which was great. After buying a phone and needing to exchange it for a larger phone, I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to get things right. 3 visits to another location and long waits on call to customer service with no resolve. Finally a young man at the Merriam Avenue location took the time to listen to what I needed..offered advice ...helped to make the exchange and transfer all my data to the new phone. Patient and kind with no hard sell for things I didn't need or want. A stellar employee. Thank you Luan.

Brian and Nick (I think were their names) were great and helped my online purchase transition over to my number. My old sim card was the wrong size and after some hard work on their part everything worked out great. I contacted them today and spoke with Kyle and that was a good experience as well. Thanks guys.

I went today to check what my upgrade options were as I had just cracked the screen of my phone. Rob was extremely helpful with explaining the upgrade process and helped me upgrade to a new iPhone! I’d like to thank rob for being very helpful and kind throughout the transaction. :)

I used to go to marlborough but once I found out Luan took over his own store in Leominster I decided to pay him a visit, got a new Apple Watch for a friend and had a great experience. He made everything very easy and even got the watch delivered the next day. Overall great experience. Thank you Luan!

Went in today and Luan the new manager could bit have been more friendly, and knowledgeable. He had me in and out in no time to and even made transferring to my new phone a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing young man in Leominster store who was tremendously knowledgeable and able to solve multiple issues. He patiently preserved through each issue. I was most impressed with his knowledge and believe AT&T is very fortunate to have this employee.

I initially went in because my IPhone's screen went black and I wasn't able to get it to turn back on. It was a simple fix and saved me $ from having to replace my phone. VERY GREATFUL!

I had to get new phones there twice while I was in college. Both times they were really helpful. In my most recent experience, Micheal Allen, the store manager, helped me set up my new phone, answered my questions and my Moms questions, and waived the price of my phone case and screen protector!

I’m literally the manager of the store I don’t know why google insists on changing our hours of operation after submitting the revised hours.

I had a great experience today at the AT&T store at Twin City Plaza in Leominster, MA. The employee Tieson G was very helpful. He was able to speak with me about my wireless plan and also helped me set up my new iPhone. I have historically had great experiences at this AT&T store in regards to the employees!
