Great place to go for a nice walk around the water or hike up the nearby hill. Don't miss the waterfall, which is always pleasant to sit by for a while.

Very nice park. If you need to get out of the house and go touch grass, this is a nice place for it. Took my 11yr old and she enjoyed it, though it got too dark to checkout the waterfalls (next time). The place is well kept but still "woodsy" feeling. Little muddy right now as we just had some rain/snow and there are ice patches off the trail. The page by page storybook is a nice idea. Overall definitely a nice park and we'll be back. I like that there are regular benches/picnic tables and some portaporties. Very handy.

Very nice park to walk around, very peaceful. Besides walking around the Pond, there are multiple trails in the woods to enjoy. We go there often. There is a small waterfalls in the woods but w the lack of rain, it was dried out.

This is a beautiful place to take a hike, lots of different scenery. There's a waterfall and the trails open up to a lake. We brought the dogs, and they are allowed on the trails but we were unable to circle the body of water with them because 'no dogs allowed' in that area. It was unfortunate, but the rest of the hike make it worth it.

Great park with something for everyone! A trail that loops around the pond, a playground, picnic areas, and wide open spaces. There are also multiple hiking trails and a little waterfall. There are a few clean porta potties throughout. Overall fun and relaxing place to visit!

What a beautiful park. Gorgeous trails and pond. Shady pavilions scattered around the entire park. One Up Games did an event here with the Leominster Public Library. What great day and Barret Park was the perfect location. A great combination of Nature and video games!

Very nice quiet park with a pond in the middle and trails all around it. It is well kept. You can fish, go for a walk, take the kids to enjoy the brand new playground that is also disability friendly. Highly recommend. One downside is dogs are not allowed.

One of my favorite parks in Leominster. Beautiful and well maintained. Always very clean, they do a great job taking care of this place. You can do endless laps around the pond enjoying the view. Uusally a fountain out in the middle of the pond, pretty cool. It's the perfect distance around for anyone.. jogging or walking. Plenty of room going in both directions. Even people with strollers have no issues eventhough it's not paved. The pond has a really nice gazebo area you can walk out into. Lot of people fish here, but you can definitely score some alone time. Alot of people fish off more a fishing deck on the other side of the pond. There are several areas with fields and seating and tables. Also a few areas with large open gazebo type structures. As well as a nice little playground for children. You can stroll off the beaten path of the pond and explore multiple trails. They are also very well kept. A couple lead you to someone's back yard, where you have to turn around. But most of them connect. There is one that will bring you to a really cool staircase that seems ancient. Along side a waterfall you can tell has been there forever. It's also open in the winter, but you can still hike and walk if youd like. But you can also ice skate on the pond. It's an awesome park. Highly reccomend.

This park is lovely and well looked after! Very tidy and it's clearly respected by the visitors. I came by several times on a recent trip to the area and it was peaceful and quiet. Lots of creatures to see if you happen to swing by when there aren't too many people there. Can't wait to come by again!

My 1st born Deanna made a trip to MA, and to her surprise - she got engaged 😍. And she's giving me a grandbaby named Raya in August 🥰

Then we had an awesome dinner.

The pond was lovely with a gravel path all the way around. Connects to some hiking paths at the rear of the lake.

The birds were incredibly talkative and the smell of blooming flowers was just everywhere.

// No dogs allowed though.

Had a good time with the kids there, new playground is good, decent tree coverage so the slides don't get too hot for the youngins . Trails are good too for a little adventure.

I brought my kids here on a few separate occasions. There is a nice park for kids to play at and a bunch of small walking trails. We were there yesterday free fishing derby

A little hidden gem right off of downtown Leominster. It's a lovely green space with a pond, fishing, picnic grounds and playground. There is a walking path around the pond, but for me the best part is all the walking trails in the woods around the park. Lots of trails, both easy and ones with some fairly steep hills to get some good exercise in. I see deer frequently and lots of birds. My favorite place to go if I want to stay super local and get in a great walk/workout in an hour or less.
