I went to Best Buy to find some really good wireless earbuds, and it turned out to be a great experience. One of the employees came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for, and he suggested the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. He seemed like a total sound geek and knew his stuff. I trusted his advice and bought them. I'm super happy with my purchase because these earbuds sound amazing and fit really comfortably. Thanks to that employee.

I recently went there to get my boyfriend some headphones and an early birthday gift. I’m not much familiar with this place and I asked for help and the worker that welcomed me in helped me right away. Really good service and friendly workers.

Great location, friendly service. I purchased a docking station that I needed to exchange. Synk helped me pick out a new one and the cord I needed. Tech talk is not my first language, but Synk speaks it fluently enough that she knew what I meant. She was very patient, professional and friendly. She went out of her way to help me in a different section of the store when she saw me again. A+ customer service.
This is my new Best Buy go-to location.

No crowds were in the store! Was able to pick up my order and buy some gift cards and be out in minutes! Awesome

I’ve ever been to the Leominster Best Buy- I got an audio system
Installed in my Mustang. It took longer than expected but one of the Managers- Jose V. took great care of me and he made sure that my wait wasn’t in vain. I highly recommend this store and the staff has been very pleasant from Michael in the Samsung department talking to me about the products. I will definitely come back again!

I didn't physically visit this store, but I did go on their website and called and spoke to two gentlemen who were polite and helpful in answering my questions I had.

Had to go to see the geek squad due to a scam that my wife thought malware was put on her phone, luckily nothing. Geek squad at Best Buy was beyond helpful.

Brought my p c in that got hacked yesterday and they had cleaned it all up and added Antivirus software, get my PC back in 24 hours.

Great people working at the checkout. Had to exchange a broken TV and the process was painless

Fantastic customer service experience February 17th 2023.. Super intelligent and articulate sales rep. Did not miss a beat. Great presentation. Good listener. Great attitude. Beyond efficient in product knowledge. He did not waste my time with boring product speak. He knew the tech and owned it. Works in the TV area. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Best Buy is lucky to have him as an employee. He's a star. Give him a raise. The team I encountered in the store this past visit. 10/10.

Best selection around, very satisfied with my new tv!

Young lady greeted me at the door, took me directly to item I was looking for. She even opened the package to ensure that it would fit my device.
She then cashed me out and I was on my way!

No issues at all in getting an appointment to install a remote starter upgrade module. They called me the day of and told me I could come in early (which I did), the staff were informative and my appointment took the amount of time that was estimated and charged.
I shipped for a printer while I was waiting and received thorough help by one of the associates. Decent prices & they price match competitors.

Great shopping, in a good area with other stores kholes, Target, gamestop and sporting goods store there is even a Olive Garden in this location Iam a computer builder and thus Best Buy has what I meed and can even be orded online and pick up at store.

Just your average Best Buy, usually have what you need in stock. One of the employees was a great help in picking out a TV/supplies- and was very honest rather than just pushing all sorts of product on us.

Changing my review from one star to Five star. Big shout out to Matt who was very honest and professional .He helped me get a new phone as my phone was damaged during battery replacement.

Very well staffed and organized. One of the better Best Buys around here. Easy access and parking with other convenient shops nearby. Can get really busy during peak times so avoid, if needed.

Shopped online for the leominster store. Compared with other places and they had what I wanted for the same price or cheaper. Flawless ordering, was kept updated on the status of my order. Picked it up with no issue and one of the managers helped me with my boxes to my car. I'll look here first in the future. Not only was I very happy but as I was walking in someone else was walking out with a package very hgrinning from ear to ear happy with what yhey got too.

If you’re looking for electronic devices, Best Buy is the place. You can find great deals here on high quality name brands like Samsung for the best prices. I bought my Samsung TV for a better price than I could find online or even at Walmart.
